Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով անվտանգության 3 նախկին աշխատակից կարող են մինչև 25 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտվել:

Թուրք դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազությանն է ներկայացրել իր պատրաստած մեղադրական ակտը Դինքի սպանության գործում պաշտոնյաների մեղսակցության վերաբերյալ: Քյոքչուն մեղադրական ակտում պահանջում է դատական գործ հարուցել Տրապիզոնի անվտանգության հետախուզական վարչության նախկին ղեկավար, ներկայում հետախուզական գրասենյակի ղեկավար Էնգին Դինչի, Տրապիզոն նահանգի անվտանգության նախկին ղեկավար Ռեշաթ Ալթայի և Ստամբուլ նահանգի անվտանգության հետախուզական բաժնի ղեկավար Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերի դեմ քրեական օրենսգրքի 83-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն: Եթե մեղադրական ակտն ընդունվի, ապա երեք անձինք կդատապարտվեն 20-25 տարվա ազատազրկման «անփութության հետևանքով կանխամտածված հանցագործությանն աջակցելու» հիմնավորմամբ:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ Դինքի սպանությանկազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության է դատապարտվել, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք:Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբդատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
