Հանրային ոլորտի աջակցությունը տարբերվում է այլ ոլորտի առաջնորդությունից, քանի որ ի տարբերություն այլ ոլորտների առաջնորդի, հանրային առաջնորդն ընտրության հաջորդ օրը ստանձնում է հանրության առաջնորդ լինելու պարտականությանը: Այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտեց ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: Նա, պատասխանելով հարցին՝ ինչպես պետք է ձևավորել լավագույն թիմն ասաց, թե թիմն առաջնորդության կարևորագույն բաղադրիչներից մեկն է:
«Պետք է շատ սիրել ու վստահել մարդկանց: Ես ունեմ նպատակ, խնդիրներ ու շատ ուրախ եմ, որ իմ թիմը կարողանում է այդ խնդիրը լուծել: Ես չունեմ վստահելի մարդիկ, ես ունեմ նպատակ, ունեմ խնդիրներ և ես շատ ուրախ եմ, երբ մեր թիմը կարողանում է այդ խնդիրները լուծել»:
Tert.am-ի հարցին՝ երբևէ մտածե՞լ էիք, որ մի օր ղեկավարելու եք Զինված ուժերը, և սա ի՞նչ տարբերություն ունի հանրային մյուս ոլորտների առաջնորդությունից, Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց.« Իմ ավելի երիտասարդ տարիներին՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ծառայելուց հետո, երբ նշանակվեց ՀՀ աշխատակազմում որպես օգնական, գրեթե վստահ եմ եղել, որ ՊՆ-ի հետ իմ առնչությունն ավարտվում է դրանով։ Բայց կյանքն այնպես դասավորվեց, որ ես ունեցա այս պատիվն ու հնարավորությունը՝ շարունակելու իմ աշխատանքը ՊՆ-ում, սա շատ մեծ պատասխանատվություն է, և շատ է տարբերվում հանրային մի շարք ոլորտներից, որովհետև ուղիղ կապ ունի երկրի անվտանգության, մեր խաղաղության, տարածքային ամբողջականության հետ»:
Tert.am-ի մյուս հարցին՝ երկրի Պաշտպանության նախարար դառնալու բանաձևը որն է, Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ հաջողությունը կոնկրետ պաշտոն զբաղեցնելն է, հաջողությունը քո կատարած աշխատանքի նկատմամբ քո սերն է, այն զգացումն է, որ դու կարող ես ինչ-որ բան փոխել, կարծում եմ՝ հաջողություն է, երբ մարդ իրոք սիրով է անում այն գործը, որն իրեն վստահված է, դրա համար ամենաքիչը կապ ունի, թե ինչ պաշտոնի ես այսօր, շատ ավելի կարևոր է, որ այն աշխատանքը, որն անում եմ այսօր, ինձ բերում է բավականություն»:
Սակայն նախարարը չհերքեց` աշխատանքի ընթացքում նաև անկումներ է ունեցել, ավելին՝ նա կարծում է, որ մինչև անկում չի լինում, չի լինում գիտակցում, որ պետք է լինի նաև վերելք:
«Ավելի քան համոզված եմ, որ հաջողությունը ոչ թե միշտ ճիշտ քայլեր կատարելն է, այլ քո առաջ խնդիր դնելն է, ու փորձելը այդ խնդրի լուծմանը հասնել»,- շարունակեց նախարարը:
