Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության Հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Արշակյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նախարարության կողմից զգուշացվել է դպրոցներին, որ երեխաները դրսում չլինեն, քանի որ այսօր սպասվում է ուժեղ քամի: 

«Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից հաղորդագրություն ենք ստացել, որ քամի է լինելու, և բոլոր դպրոցներին տեղեկացրել ենք, որ երեխաները դրսում չլինեն: Բոլոր մարզային վարչություններին, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին, նախարարության ենթակայության բոլոր դպրոցներին զգուշացվել է»,-ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ երեխաներին դասերը չվերջացրած են տուն ուղարկել, Աշոտ Արշակյանն ասաց, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չկա և փոխարենը մեկ ուրիշ օր բաց թողնված դասերը կլրացվեն:

«Տարբեր խմբի երեխաներ կան, ասվել է, որ տարրական երեխաներին շուտ ուղեկցեն տուն, իսկ ով ուշ է վերջացնում, չթողնեն դպրոցի տարածքից շուտ դուրս գան: Այսօր մեզ համար ամենակարևոր խնդիրը երեխաների անվտանգության խնդիրն է»,-ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Նանա Գնդոյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացրել է. «ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Հիդրոմետ ծառայությունը զգուշացնում է. հոկտեմբերի 16-ին առանձին շրջաններում՝ հատկապես Լոռիում, Տավուշում և Գեղարքունիքում քամու ուժգնացման վերաբերյալ (25-30մ/վ արագություն) հնարավոր է կոտրվեն ծառեր և վնասվեն տանիքներ, ուստի հորդորում ենք բնակչությանը, մնալ շինությունների ներսում: Երևանում և հանրապետության մյուս հատվածներում նման ուժեղ քամիներ չեն կանխատեսվում»:
