Համահայկական ծնողական կոմիտեի հիմնադիր անդամ, գրող հրապարակախոս Լիա Ավետիսյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով «Ընտանեկան բռնության մասին» օրենքի նախագծին, ասաց, որ այդ նախագիծը ամենաթողության համար է, իսկ ամենաթողությունը միշտ բերում է ողբերգության ընտանիքների և ազգի մակարդակով:

Նա նշեց, որ երկրում ատելության մթնոլորտ են ձևավորում, հակադրում են կուսակցությունը` կուսակցությանը, հավատացյալը` աթեիստին, կնոջը` տղամարդուն, և սա պատերազմ է բոլորի դեմ:  Նա նշեց, որ այս օրինագիծը վերաբերում է նաև տղամարդկանց, սակայն երբ մեկ ամիս առաջ կինը սպանեց տղամարդուն, նորից տղամարդուն մեղադրեցին:

«Երեխան, ով չափահաս չէ, ընտրելու, ծառայելու, ընտանիք կազմելու իրավունք չունի, հիմա այս օրենքով իրավունք ունի զանգահարել և բողոքել ծնողից, ով, օրինակ, ասում է, թե` մինչև հաց չուտես, տանից դուրս չես գա, կամ պահանջում է դասերն անել և այլն»,-ասաց նա:

Դիտարկմանը, թե նախագծում նման բան չի նախատեսվում, Լիա Ավետիսյանը պատասխանեց, որ նախագծում նշված է, որ երեխաները իրավունք ունեն հատուկ ստեղծված մարմիններին տեղեկացնել վտանգի մասին, իսկ վտանգն այն է, որ բռնանում են երեխայի կամքի վրա, հոգեպես ճնշում են:

«Ընդհանրապես, դաստիարակությունը մեղմ բռնություն է, քանի որ շատ բաներ բալիկին արգելում ես, ասում ես կրակին ձեռքդ մի տար կվառի, հոսանքին մի տար: Այդպես մարդուն մարդ են դարձնում, հիմա այդ մարդ դարձնելու ճանապարհին կառուցվում է մի հսկայական խոչընդոտ»,-ասաց նա:

Լիա Ավետիսյանը, ամեն դեպքում, համաձայնեց, որ Հայաստանում կա ընտանեկան բռնության խնդիր։

Նրա խոսքով`պետք է պատճառներն ուսումնասիրվեն: «Մենք փոխանակ դրդապատճառներն ուսումնասիրենք և վերացնենք, ընկել ենք «հիվանդության» հետևից, այդպես չի կարելի: Իհարկե, այդ խնդիրը կա, բայց պետք է տեսնել, թե ինչից է դա գալիս, մենք պետք է ուսումնասիրենք, թե ինչու է ազգը դարձել բիրտ, կանայք` լեզվանի, տղամարդիկ` ագրեսիվ, երեխաները` անդաստիարակ»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ հրապարակախոսի` տղամարդիկ խառնվածքից ելնելով հարցերը չեն բարձրաձայնում, բայց ազգը լի է ցասումով: «Օրենքը զսպող ուժ չի ունենա, քանի որ չկա մի այդպիսի երկիր, որտեղ այս օրենքը ընդունվել է և ընտանիքները դարձել են ավելի ամուր»,– նշեց նա:
