 Նկարը շատ խորհրդանշական է մի քանի առումով: Նախ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն առանձնապես աչքի չի ընկնում անհատական լուսանկարներով: Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովի ժամանակ նա, օրինակ, ի տարբերություն Կարեն Կարապետյանի, Գարո Փայլանի հետ առանձնազրույց չունեցավ: Նա նախընտրեզ հայազգի պատգամավորի հետ հանդիպել պաշտոնական շրջանակներում: Բացի այդ Սարգսյանը հազվադեպ է ժպտում: Իսկ հրապարակված նկարում նա ժպտում է և բավական անբռնազբոս:
