Շահն է խեղդում նրանց, Երեւանի կենտրոնը դարձել է կռվախնձոր

Թեպետ այսօր նշվում է Երևանի 2799-ամյակը, բայց Երևանում այսօր դժվար է գտնել անգամ 100 տարեկան շինություններ: Lragir.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Հանուն մարդկային կայուն զարգացման» ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարինե Դանիելյանն ահազանգում է, որ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնի կառուցապատման խնդրին պետք է հրատապ լուծում տալ:
Քաղաքային իշխանություններին, նրա խոսքով, քիչ է հետաքրքրում Երևանի ճարտարապետական դեմքը, Երևանը նրանց համար միայն բիզնեսի ու շահի համար է պետք: Հին Երևանից, ըստ նրա, այսօր միայն առանձին շենքեր են մնացել, փոխարենը քաղաքի կենտրոնը խիտ կառուցապատման է ենթարկվել, ինչը և սեյսմիկ ռիսկեր է առաջանցում, և խցանումներն են ավելացել:
“Գոնե Հին Երևան ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչեն, չնայած մասնագետները դա արհեստական են համարում, բայց գոնե այդպես վերականգնեն հինը: Բայց ձգձգում են, կարծես չեն ուզում անել: Մի կողմից թվեր են ասում, թե Երևանը շուտով 2800 տարեկան կդառնա, բայց մյուս կողմից մի 100 տարվա շենք չենք կարող ցույց տալ: Բոլորը քանդեցին”,- ասաց նա:
Կարինե Դանիելյանն այս քաղաքականության հիմքում բիզնես շահն է տեսնում: «Շահն է խեղդում նրանց, և առանձին ճարտարապետների մոլուցքը կապ ունի, որ ավելի շահավետ վայրերում՝ Երևանի կենտրոնում շենքեր կառուցեն: Ավելի շահավետ է մարդկանց համար Կենտրոնում ամեն ինչ ունենալ: Երևանի կենտրոնը դարձել է կռվախնձոր: Այնքան խտացրեցին կենտրոնը, որ հիմա փաստորեն խցանումները խեղդում են Երևանի կենտրոնը»,- ասաց նա:
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ եթե միջոցներ չձեռնարկվեն, մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում անմխիթար վիճակը գնալով կխորանա: Նա հիշեցնում է, որ ժամանակին օրենքի նախագիծ կար, որն Ազգային ժողովը մերժեց: Հավանաբար, խորհրդարանում կային շահեր հետապնդող մարդիկ, որոնց ձեռնտու չէր քաղաքի կենտրոնում կառուցապատումը սահմանափակող օրենք ունենալը:
«Նախկին քաղաքաշինության փոխնախարար Ռուզան Ալավերդյանն էր մշակել այդ նախագիծը, բոլորս մասնակցել էինք քննարկումներին, բավական լավ նախագիծ էր: Գնաց, Ազգային ժողովում քնեց-քնեց, հետ եկավ: Այսինքն՝ ոմանց ձեռնտու չէր դա, որովհետև կառուցողներն ովքե՞ր են՝ իշխանություն ունեցողները»,- նշեց Կարինե Դանիելյանը:
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ խնդիր է նաև Երևանի կանաչապատման հարցը: Այս ուղղությամբ քաղաքային իշխանությունները հիմնականում աշխատանք են տանում Երևանի կենտրոնում, ծայրամասերը անտարբերության են մատնված:
