ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել գյուղատնտեսության աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ։ Նախարարն իր շնորհավորական խոսքում նշել է. «Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հարգելի աշխատակիցներ, պատիվ ունեմ շնորհավորել Ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ:

Հայ ֆերմերը, գյուղացին հիրավի արժանի են բարձր գնահատանքի նվիրված և անխոնջ աշխատանքի համար, և մենք պետք է ըստ արժանվույն գնահատենք նրանց: Մենք Ձեր օգնությամբ այսօր իրավիճակ փոխելու և մեր երկրում արդյունաբերական գյուղատնտեսություն զարգացնելու համար ամուր նախադրյալներ ստեղծելու հնարավորություն ունենք:

Այդ նպատակով այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում արդեն 6 նոր ծրագիր ենք մշակել, որոնք զարգացման հնարավորություններ են ստեղծում գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների համար` առաջարկելով մատչելի ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ և նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման շահավետ պայմաններ: Ոլորտի առջև ծառացած շատ մարտահրավերներ կան, մեր երկրում գյուղատնտեսությունը խիստ կախված է բնակլիմայական պայմաններից, ինչի պատճառով էլ հողագործի նվիրումը միշտ չէ, որ արդարացնում է սպասումները և հաճախ հուսահատության պատճառ է դառնում:

Որպեսզի գյուղացին շարունակի մեծ նվիրումով մշակել իր հողը, մենք 2018 թվականին սկսելու ենք ապահովագրական համակարգի ներդրման փորձնական ծրագիրը, ինչը դժվար, սակայն կարևոր, այլընտրանք չունեցող ռեֆորմ է զարգացած և արդյունավետ գյուղատնտեսություն ունենալու համար: 

Մենք շարժվում ենք զարգացման ճանապարհով՝ վստահությամբ, որ գյուղատնտեսությունը Հայաստանում աշխատանքի ճիշտ կազմակերպման և թիրախային աջակցության շնորհիվ հեռանկարային կարող է լինել և մի քանի տարի անց գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների համար կարելի է դարձնել շահավետ և եկամտաբեր, իսկ ներդրողների համար` գրավիչ ոլորտ: Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս տոնական օրվա առթիվ` մաղթելով առաջընթաց, գյուղոլորտում նոր, հավակնոտ և համարձակ ծրագրերի իրականացում, ամուր առողջություն, բարեկեցություն և բարձր տրամադրություն»:
