«Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկում շարունակվում են ապօրինի ծառահատումները չնայած կատարված աշխատանքներին. նախարարը տվեց խիստ հանձնարարական

 Թեև «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկում ապօրինի ծառահատումնները կանխելու նպատակով իրականացվել են լայնածավալ աշխատանքներ, այնուամենայնիվ, ծառահատումներ դեռ կատարվում են: Այդ ուղղությամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը մասնավոր հատվածի հետ շարունակելու է ամենօրյա աշխատանքը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝  Դիլիջան ազգայի պարկում շրջայցի, տեղի պետասխանատուների հետ քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

«Դեռևս անցյալ տարի Դիլիջան ազգային պարկում իրականացրած լայնամասշտաբ ստուգումների արդյունքում արձանագրել էինք 6300-ից ավելի ապօրինի ծառահատում: Թեև մեր աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են հաջողությամբ, այնուամենայնիվ, դեռ ունենք հսկայական բացթողումներ: Խախտումների համար մարդիկ ենթարկվել են և պետք է ենթարկվեն խիստ պատասխանատվության»,-ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ու հավելեց՝ ապօրինի ծառահատումը նշանակում է փլուզել ողջ պահպանության համակարգը և վտանգել մեր երկրի զարգացումը:

Ապօրինի ծառահատումները կանխելու նպատակով իրականացվել է մեծ աշխատանք՝ կադրային և կառուցվածքային փոփոխություն՝  տնօրենի, փոխտնօրենների, պատասխանատուների նոր նշանակումներ, 24 ժամյա ռեժիմի հսկողության շրջանակում ներգրավվել է մասնավոր պահնորդական կազմակերպություն՝ «Pantera Security»-ն, հանրութան համար կատարվել է բացատրական, քարոզչական աշխատանք: Հսկողությունը տվել է որոշակի արդյունք, սակայն այն դեռևս բավարար չէ:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ որևէ բնակիչ տունը տաքացնելու համար չի կարող խնդիր ունենալ, քանի որ անտառի թափուկը տրամադրվում է գյուղացիներին: «Պահպանվող ծառերը ոչնչացվում են եկամտի այլ աղբյուրները բավարարելու համար»,-նշեց նախարարն ու հավելեց՝ կարգը խախտողները, այդ թվում ապահովության պատասխանատուները խիստ կպատժվեն:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Հաղարծին գյուղի բնակիչները լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեցին, որ տրամադրվող թափուկները չեն բավականացնում ողջ ձմեռ տունը տաքացնելու համար: «8 խմ վառելափայտը 200 քառ. մետր  տարածքով տունը չի հասցնում տաքցնել»,-ասաց գյուղացիներից մեկը:

«Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի տնօրեն Արմեն Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ ինքը ևս հանդիպել է տեղական մարմինների, բնակչության հետ և եկել ընդահանուր հայտարարի հարցին լուծում տալու համար: « Անտառախախտումները շարունակվում են: Հարուցվել են որոշ քրեական գործեր: Թեև կան նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր վառելափայտի ձեռք բերման հարցերը համաձայնեցնում են գյուղապետարանի հետ»,-ասաց Աբրահամյանը:

2017-ին ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ կազվել է 83 անտախախտման արձանագրության, 737՝ ապօրինի հատված ծառերի համար: Հոկտեմբերի 12-ից սկսվել են 2017-ի աշնանային հերթական ստուգումները, որը կտևի  մինչ նոյեմբերի 17: Բոլոր մասնաճյուղերի տարածքում տեղադվել են 18 ուղեփակոցներ: Շարունակվում են շուրջօրյա հերթապահություններն ուժեղացնելու աշխատանքները:
