Հայաստանը Միջխորհրդարանական միության գլխավոր վեհաժողովում կներկայացնի ՀՀ ձեռքբերումները ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման գործում

Միջխորհրդարանական միության գլխավոր վեհաժողովը կմեկնարկի hոկտեմբերի 15-ին ՌԴ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաքում, որի շրջանակներում կայանալու են ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի թեմային առնչվող մի շարք քննարկումներ։ Պատգամավորների աշխատանքային, խորհրդատվական խումբը հանդիպումներ է ունենալու տարբեր շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ, քննարկելու է ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարում արձանագրած առաջընթացն ամբողջ աշխարհում և, մասնավորապես, ազգային մակարդակներում։
ՀՀԿ երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունից «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Ավագյանը խորհրդարանի կողմից առաջադրվել է որպես Միջխորհրդարանական միության առողջապահական խմբի անդամ։ Միջխորհրդարանական միությունը համախմբում է աշխարհի բոլոր խորհրդարանների ներկայացուցիչներին։ Կարեն Ավագյանն առողջապահական խմբում ՀՀ օրենսդիր մարմինը կներկայացնի մինչև 2019թ. ավարտը։ Վեհաժողովի աշխատանքների շրջանակներում Կարեն Ավագյանը ներկայացնելու է ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարի գործում ՀՀ ԱԺ կողմից իրականացված օրենսդրական բարեփոխումները։ Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ Հայաստանը, ի թիվս երեք այլ պետությունների` Կուբա, Թաիլանդ, Բելառուս, ճանաչվել է երկիր, որն էլիմինացրել է մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցումը։
Այսինքն՝ այս չորս երկրներում մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ այլևս չի փոխանցվում։ Եթե հղիները վաղ հայտնաբերվում են և ստանում համապատասխան կանխարգելիչ բուժում, երեխաները ծնվում են առողջ։ Բոլոր այդ ձեռքբերումների ընթացքում Հայաստանում իրականացվել են մի շարք օրենքների փոփոխություններ. մասնավորապես՝ ճամփորդական տարբեր արգելքների վերացում ՄԻԱՎ-ով ապրող անձանց նկատմամբ, պարտադիր հետազոտության պահանջի վերացում և այլն։
ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարի միացյալ ծրագրի հայաստանյան համակարգող Լենա Նանուշյանը նույնպես նկատում է, որ ՄԻԱՎ-ի առումով խոցելի խմբերի կամ ՄԻԱՎ-ով ապրող անձանց նկատմամբ պատժիչ միջոցների հետևանքով այդ խմբերը հեռու են մնում առողջապահական համակարգից, և հնարավորություն չի լինում նրանց թեստավորել, հիվանդությունը հայտնաբերել և բուժում նշանակել։ Լենա Նանուշյանն ընդգծում է ՄԱԿ-ի կոչը՝ վերացնել բոլոր տեսակի պատժիչ օրենսդրությունը, որպեսզի մարդիկ խարանից և խտրականությունից զերծ միջավայրում հնարավորություն ունենան ստանալու բժշկական ծառայություններ և իմանան իրենց կարգավիճակի մասին։
