Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է «Էրեբունի-Երևան 2799» տոնական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Երևան ժամանած Ֆրանսիայի Դրագինյան քաղաքի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Պրիմոզելլի Քրիստինի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հրավերն ընդունելու համար և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ այս այցը ևս իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենա Երևանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի և Դրագինյան քաղաքի միջև առկա փոխգործակցությունն ու գործընկերային կապերն էլ ավելի ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնելու գործում:
«Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը տարեցտարի ընդլայնում է քույր և գործընկեր քաղաքների հետ համագործակցության ծրագրերը, որոնց շրջանակում ոչ միայն իրականացվում են փոխշահավետ ծրագրեր, այլ նաև ամրապնդվում են տվյալ քաղաքներում հայ համայնքների հետ կապերը: Լավագույն ապացույցը, թերևս, պատվիրակության կազմում նաև Դրագինյանի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցչի ընդգրկված լինելն է: Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեզ համար, անշուշտ, կարևոր է նաև տարբեր պետությունների քաղաքների հետ Երևանի 12 վարչական շրջանների համագործակցությունը: Այս համատեքստում է նաև այս տարվա մարտ ամսին Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի և Ֆրանսիայի Դրագինյան քաղաքի միջև Երևանում վերաստորագրված բարեկամության հուշագիրը, որը, համոզված եմ, լավ մեկնակետ է արդյունավետ փոխագործակցությունը երկուստեք ամրապնդելու համար», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը: 
Դրագինյան քաղաքի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Պրիմոզելլի Քրիստինն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հրավերի համար և, շնորհավորելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին՝ մայրաքաղաքի տոնի առթիվ, նաև ընդգծել է, որ սա լրացուցիչ առիթ է` քննարկելու համագործակցության ծրագրերի ընթացքը, և նախանշել առաջիկա անելիքները:
«Ես նույնպես վստահ եմ, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ առաջիկայում մենք հնարավորություն կունենանք էլ ավելի ընդլայնել համագործակցության շրջանակներն ու նոր թափ հաղորդել երկուստեք փոխգործակցությանը: Ի դեպ, իսկապես հիացած ենք Ձեր ջերմ և հյուրընկալ քաղաքի տոնական մթնոլորտով: Իրոք հաճելի է գտնվել Երևանում և դառնալ այս տոնի լիարժեք մասնակիցը», - նշել է Պրիմոզելլի Քրիստինը: 
Շնորհակալություն հատնելով ջերմ խոսքերի համար` քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Դրագինյան քաղաքի պատվիրակության անդամներին հրավիրել է հաջորդ տարի՝ Դրագինյանի քաղաքապետի գլխավորությամբ, կրկին այցելել Երևան՝ մասնակցելու Էրեբունի-Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակին նվիրված հոբելյանական միջոցառումներին:
