Ինչպես ձգել մաշկը նիհարելուց հետո
VIDEOՎերջապես դուք ազատվել եք Ձեզ այդքան տանջող կիլոգրամներից, սակայն այս երջանկությունը կարող է իր հետ բերել նաև անախորժություններ, օրինակ՝ թուլացած մաշկ: Մեր մաշկը կարող է լայնանալ և նեղանալ իր էլաստիկության շնորհիվ: Սակայն երբ մենք միանգամից շատ կիլոգրամներ ենք կորցնում, մաշկը չի հասցնում նույն արագությամբ ձգվել:
Առաջին հերթին կիլոգրամներին պետք է հրաժեշտ տալ աստիճանաբար: Ինչքան էլ որ ցանկանում եք արագ նիհարել, հիշեք ,որ կորցնելով ամսական 3-5 կգ, Դուք մեծացնում եք հավանականությունը, որ նիհարելուց հետո մաշկը կկախվի:
Մի հետևեք այն դիետաներին, որոնք հիմնված են քաղցած մնալու վրա: Քաղցածության ժամանակ առաջին հերթին կորցնում եք մաշկի խոնավությունը: Հետո մարմինը կորցնում է մկանուտ զանգվածը: Իսկ ճարպային պաշարները հեռանում են ամենավերջում: Այդ պատճառով էլ դիետայի վերջանալուն պես հեշտությամբ կիլոգրամներ եք հավաքում կամ ստանում կախ ընկած մաշկ:
Ամեն օր պետք է մեծ քանակությամբ հեղուկ խմել: Օրգանիզմում բավարար չափով հեղուկը նպաստում է մաշկի էլաստիկությանը:
Եթե նիհարելուց հետո մաշկը չի վերադարձել իր նախկին տեսքին, պետք է ամեն օր այն կոպիտ սպունգով տրորել լոգանք ընդունելիս: Նմանատիպ մերսումը լավացնում է արյան շրջանառությունն ու նպաստում մաշկի ձգվելուն:
Մաշկի ձգման համար հիանալի է նաև լոգանք ընդունել կոնտրաստային ցնցուղով: Այս գործընթացը լավ ձգում է մաշկը:
Ամենաքիչը շաբաթական երկու անգամ մաքրեք մաշկը սկրաբներով: Սա կօգնի հեռացնել մաշկից մահացած վանդակները, կթարմացնի մաշկն ու ավելի կհարթեցնի այն:
Եվ վերջապես, ճիշտ կլինի գնալ հատուկ մերսումների, երբ զգում եք որ մաշկն իսկապես տուժել է Ձեր նիհարելուց, և տնային միջոցներով անհնար կլինի վերադարձնել այն նախկին տեսքին: Ընդհանուր մերսումը կլավացնի արյան շրջանառությունը, կդարձնի մաշկն ավելի թարմ և ձիգ:
Մաշկի վերականգնման համար պետք է օգտագործել նաև տարբեր քսուքներ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ մտնում են վիտամիններ և սնուցող նյութեր, որոնք արագ և արդյունավետ ձգում են նիհարելուց հետո կախված մաշկը:
