Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, այսօր էլ ԳՄ նիստում հարցը քննարկման է դրվել: Այսօր ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստի ավարտից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման հայտարարություն արեց ՀՀԿ  փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀԿ կուսակցական վիճակագրություն նայելիս ևս մեկ անգամ պարզ կդառնա, որ ՀՀԿ-ն ունի ամենակայացած կուսակցական կառույցները:

«Այս ընտրությունները ևս կանցնեն բարձր մակարդակով, մենք ակնկալում ենք բավականին ինտենսիվ քարոզարշավ: Մեր թեկնածուները քաղաքացիներին կներկայացնենք իրենց տեսլականը, հուսանք՝ քաղաքացիներն ակտիվ կլինեն»,- ասաց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց՝ ՏԻՄ  ընտրությունների ակտիվ մասնակցության առաջին տեղում ՀՀԿ-ն է, 2-րդ՝ անկուսակցականները, 3-րդն՝ այլ քաղաքան ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ՝ հիմնականում ԲՀԿ-ից, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն:

«Կուսակցությունների մասնակցությունը ֆիքսենք, որովհետև ևս մեկ անգամ ասեմ, որ քաղաքական հաջողություններն օդից չեն ընկնում: Հատկապես խորհրդարանական կառավարման մոդելի ժամանակ շատ կարևոր է կուսակցական համակարգի կայացվածությունը: Այս տեսանկյունից  պետք է շահագրգռված լինենք, որ մնացած քաղաքական ուժերն էլ ունենան ինստիտուցիոնալ մակարդակի կառույցներ»,- ընդգծեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահը կարծում է, որ այս տարիները պետք է ծառայեն կուսակցական համակարգի կայացմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 5-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հերթական ընտրություններ են անցկացվելու Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի, Վայոց ձորի և Տավուշի մարզերի թվով 66 համայնքներում, իսկ Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ, Լոռու մարզի Շիրակամուտ և Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս համայնքներում անցկացվելու են արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Նշված համայնքներից 15-ում կայանալու են միայն համայնքի ղեկավարի, 17 համայնքում` միայն ավագանու անդամի, և 37 համայնքում միաժամանակ անցկացվելու են համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամի ընտրություններ:
