Շիրակի մարզում աճել է հանցագործությունների և դրանց բացահայտման թիվը

Շիրակի մարզում 2017 թվականի 9 ամիսների ընթացքում աճել է հանցագործությունների թիվը, միևնույն ժամանակ նաև աճել է հանցագործությունների բացահայտման թիվը: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 12-ին արդյունքների ամփոփիչ ասուլիսին նշեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբիրելյանը:

2017 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում Շիրակի մարզի վարչական տարածքում արձանագրվել է 970 դեպք, իսկ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է 824 հանցագործություն: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նախորդ տարի նույն ժամանակահատվածում Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունն ունեցել է 716 դեպքի բացահայտում, իսկ այս տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 863 բացահայտում:

Ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվն անփոփոխ է: 2016-ի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին ծանր հանցագործության 45 բացահայտում է եղել, այս տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 49: Մարզի վարչական տարածքում արձանագրված առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվը նվազել է այս տարվա առաջին ինը ամիսների ընթացքում: 2016-ի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին արձանագրվել է 11 նման դեպք, իսկ 2017-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 8, որից 6-ը բացահայտվել է:

Մարզում արձանագրված սպանության 4 դեպքերից 2 բացահայտված է, մյուս 2-ից առաջինն անձի անհետ կորելու փաստ է, մյուսը մայիսին Արթուր Հարությունյանի սպանության դեպքը: Սպանության փորձի 3 դեպքն էլ բացահայտված է: Դիտավորությամբ մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու դեպքերը նվազել են, նախորդ տարվա 20-ի փոխարեն այս տարվա նույն ժամանակամիջոցում գրանցվել է 5, որից 4 բացահայտված: Նվազել է նաև ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների պատճառով զոհերի թիվը՝ 2016-ին 12, իսկ ընթացիկ տարի 8 դեպք՝ 8 էլ բացահայտված: Ավելացել է սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների թիվը ՝ 45 դեպք նախորդ տարվա 25-ի փոխարեն:

Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը նաեւ նշում է, որ մարզում կոռուպցիոն հանցագործություններով հարուցվել է մոտ 30 քրեական գործ, որոնք դեռեւս նախաքննության փուլում են: «Եթե մենք ընդունենք, որ մարզում չունենք կոռուպցիոն դեպքեր, այսինքն` կաշառք տալ եւ ստանալ, ամենաուրախներից մեկը ես կլինեմ, բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ որոշ ոլոտներում կարող է լինեն նման երեւույթներ, եւ մենք էլ պետք է այս ուղղությամբ իրականացնենք արդյունավետ աշխատանքներ:

Եթե մենք կունենանք հանցանք կատարած անձ եւ նաեւ նրա դեմ կունենանք բավարար ապացույցների զանգված, այդ մարդն անպայման ենթարկվելու է քրեական պատասխանատվության: Դուք չեք կարող մատնացույց անել մի դեպք, որ մենք ունենք տվյալ հանցագործությունը, ունենք բավարար ապացույցներ եւ այդ անձը չի ենթարկվել քրեական պատասխանատվության»,-ասաց Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:

Դատախազը նաև փաստեց՝ մարզում կան ընտանեկան բռնության, կավատության ու բռնաբարության, ինչպես նաև անչափահասերի կողմից հափշտակության դեպքեր:
