Թրամփը մերժում է «Օբամայի մաքուր էներգետիկան»

Վերջին տարիներին շատ է խոսվում Այլընտրանքային էներգետիկայի մասին, որը չի մերժում Վերականգնվող էներգիան, բայց առաջնային է համարում դրա ստացման «մաքուր»/«կանաչ» տեխնոլոգիաները: Այս գաղափարը ջերմորեն էր պաշտպանվել ԱՄՆ էքս–նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի կողմից, որը հատուկ օրենք էր ներկայացրել Կոնգրեսին՝ կոչ անելով սահմանափակել արտանետումները: Փաստորեն, Փարիզյան համաձայնագրին միացումն էլ այդ ըմբռնման արդյունքում կայացավ, որովհետև վարչակազմն իրոք համոզված էր, որ լոկ բիզնես–շահերի առաջ մղման պայմաններում արդեն լանդշաֆտային փոփոխություններ են նկատվում, իսկ արտանետումները (ածխաթթու գազ, ջրածին, մեթան, ամոնիակ, ծծմբաջրածին և այլ գազեր) լուրջ վտանգ են ներկայացնում շրջակա միջավայրի ու հանրային առողջության համար:
Թրամփի վարչակազմը, սակայն, ճիշտ հակառակ տեսակետն ունի և որոշել է հրաժարվել «Օբամայի մաքուր էներգետիկայից»՝ խոսելով արդյունաբերությանը հասցված վնասի և աշխատատեղերի կրճատման մասին: ԱՄՆ Շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանության գործակալությանը հրահանգվել է գոնե հաջորդ տարվա մարտին իրեն նոր օրենք ներկայացնել և, իհարկե, տարօրինակ է, որ մի կառույց, որն առաջին հերթին բնապահպանությունը պիտի կարևորեր, դրա ղեկավար Սքոթ Պրյուիտի մակարդակում Թրամփից ավելի թրամփավարի է կասկածի տակ առել «մաքուր էներգիայի» անհրաժեշտությունը՝ այն «չափազանցություն» որակելով և ածխի արդյունահանման հին մեթոդները տարբողելով: «Ածխի պայքարն ավարտված է: Այդ օրենքն իրականում մարդկանց բաժանել էր հաղթողների ու պարտվողների, մինչդեռ՝ իշխանությունը չպետք է օրենքն օգտագործի, որպեսզի նրանց խմբերի բաժանի»,– Կենտուկիի նահանգում մի միտինգի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Սքոթ Պրյուիտը՝ ընդգծելով, որ օրենքի չեղարկման արդյունքում ԱՄՆ–ն նաև 33 մլրդ դոլար կխնայի:
Հասկանալի է, որ վարչակազմն, այսպիսով, խնդիր կունենա աշխարհի և Փարիզյան բնապահպանական համաձայնագրով ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հետ, որոնց առիթով դժգոհությամբ հանդերձ, իր հավատարմությունը հայտնեց՝ ընդունելով, որ 2030–ին արտանետումները կհասցվեն 33%–ի: Պարզ է նաև, որ սկսված բողոքի ցույցերը գնալով կաճեն, և, հնարավոր է, հանրությունն այս հարցում չների Թրամփին: Ինչպես ԱՄՆ Բնական պաշարների պահպանության ազգային խորհուրդն է ընդգծել՝ հարցը վերաբերում է հանրային շահին, բոլորի առողջությանը, որի դեմ ոտնձգող հրամանագիրը պատրաստվում են դատական կարգով վիճարկել:
