Արդվի գյուղի բնակիչներն անհանգստացած են

Լոռու մարզի Արդվի համայնքի բնակիչները մտահոգված են: Նրանց խոսքով՝ համայնքների խոշորացման հետևանքով իրենք դուրս են մնալու ընտրական գործընթացներից։

Արդվին միավորվել է Օձուն համայնքին: Այստեղ նոյեմբերի 5–ին ևս տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնի ընտրություններ են նշանակված:

Արդվիից համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում առաջադրված թեկնածու չկա: Գյուղացիների տեղեկացմամբ՝ առաջադրված թեկնածուներն օձունցի են։

«Գյուղապետի թեկնածու առաջադրելու դեպքում չէր անցնի, որովհետև մենք փոքր գյուղ ենք ու փոքրերը մեծերի հետ անհավասար պայքարի մեջ են»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասացին Արդվիի բնակիչները:

Արդվի համայնքից մեկ ավագանու թեկնածու է առաջադրվել: Այստեղ, սակայն չեն կարծում, որ իրենք խոշորացված համայնքում ներկայացուցիչ կունենան:

«Մեր գյուղը 110 ընտրող ունի, իսկ Օձունը՝ 2600, մի 2000 ընտրող էլ մյուս գյուղն ունի: Հետևաբար, մեր թեկնածուն կարող է միայն մեր համայնքի ու մի քանի ձայներ էլ հարևան գյուղերից ստանալ, եթե այնտեղ բարեկամ կամ ծանոթ ունենա: Ստացվում է, որ ձայները քիչ են լինելու և ընտրվելու հավանականությունը քիչ է»,– նկատեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Արդվի համայնքի ավագանին քիչ բան չի գյուղի համար արել: Համայնքի ավագանին միաձայն մերժեց «Միռամ» ընկերությանը համայնքի վարչական տարածքում երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել: Այսօր ավագանու համար առաջադրված 15 թեկնածուների մեծ մասն օձունցի է: Արդվի համայնքի բնակիչների խոսքով՝ հարևաններն իրենց խնդիրները չգիտեն:

«Չնայած ասում են, որ չեղարկվեց հանք բացելու ծրագիրը, բայց մենք մտավախում ենք, որ կարող է նորից որոշում լինի: Քննարկում է լինելու, որտեղ Արդվին ավագանի չունի, ու Արդվիի հարցն են որոշում, ո՞վ պիտի պայքարի: Մարդիկ մեր խնդիրը չեն պատկերացնում ու ի նպաստ մեր գյուղի որոշում չի կայացվի»,– մտահոգվեցին գյուղացիները:
