Ի՞նչ է կատարվում օրգանիզմում, երբ ուտում եք սև կետերով բանաններ
LIFEԵթե բանան շատ եք սիրում, ապա ուշադիր ընտրեք ամենաառողջ մրգերը։ Շատ դժվար է դիմակայել քաղցր և համեղ այս արևադարձային մրգին, բայց գնելիս իմացեք՝ ինչ տեսակը ընտրել։
Ամբողջությամբ հասած բանանը պարունակում է նյութ, որն ի վիճակի է պայքարել օրգանիզմի ոչ նորմալ զարգացող բջիջների դեմ։ Հասուն բանանների մակերեսին սովորաբար ձևավորվում են սև կետեր։
Շատ սև կետերի առկայությունը խոսում է տվյալ մրգի իմունախթանիչ բարձր հատկությունների մասին։ Ճապոնիայում բանանների օգտագործումը շատ տարածված է, և այս երկրում իրականացված հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ամբողջությամբ հասունացած բանաններն ունեն նաև հակաքաղցկեղային հատկություններ։ Հետազոտողները պնդում են, որ հասուն բանանների օգտագործումը լավ միջոց է կյանքի համար վտանգավոր շատ հիվանդություններից, ինչպես նաև քաղցկեղից հեռու մնալու համար։
Մրգի սննդային հատկությունները փոփոխվում են հասունացմանը զուգահեռ։ Բանանի հասունացմանը զուգահեռ ավելանում են հակաօքսիդանտ հատկությունները։ Սև կետերով պատված ամբողջովին հասուն բանաններում օսլան վերածվում է պարզ շաքարի, որը հեշտ մարսվում է օրգանիզմի կողմից։ Ճապոնացի հետազոտողները նմանատիպ փորձարկումներ արել են տարբեր հասած մրգերի վրա, ինչպիսիք են խաղողը, խնձորը, ձմերուկը, արքայախնձորը, տանձը և արքայանարինջը։
Համաձայն հետազոտության, հասած մրգերից միայն բանանն է այս իմաստով առավելագույն արդյունք ապահովում։ Բանանները նպաստում են արյան սպիտակ բջիջների աճին և խթանում դիմադրողականությունը։ Փորձագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս օրական մեկ երկու բանան ուտել դիմադրողականությունը բարձրացնելու և մրսածության ու գրիպի դեմ պայքարելու համար։
Ընդհանրապես սև կետերով հասուն բանանները մոտ 8 անգամ ավելի օգտակար են, քան կանաչ կամ պարզապես հասուն բանանները։
