Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլուի թեկնածությունը հետ է կանչվել ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի ընտրություններից

ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլում Ադրբեջանի թեկնածու, Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլուն դադարեցրել է պայքարն այդ պաշտոնի համար՝ հետ կանչելով իր թեկնածությունը:
58 քվեներից ստանալով 20-ը՝ ընտրություններում առաջատարն է Կատարի թեկնածու դոկտոր Համադ բին Աբդուլազիզ Ալ-Քաուարին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի պաշտոնական կայքը, Ալ-Քաուարին գլխավորում էր թեկնածուների ցուցակը նաև ընտրությունների առաջին փուլում: Երկրորդ փուլում մրցակցել են միայն վեց թեկնածուներ: Ընտրությունների երրորդ փուլը կկայանա վաղը, և եթե թեկնածուներից որևէ մեկը չստանա ձայների մեծամասնությունը, ապա կանցկացվեն նաև չորրորդ և վերջնական հինգերերորդ փուլեր: Ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքներ հայտնի կդառնան հոկտեմբերի 13-ին:
Առաջին փուլում ընտրություններին մասնակցում էին յոթ թեկնածուներ՝ դոկտոր Համադ բին Աբդուլազիզ Ալ-Քաուարին Կատարից, Փոլադ Բյուլբյուլօղլուն Ադրբեջանից, Փամ Սան Չաուն Վիետնամից, Կյան Թանգը Չինաստանից, Վերա Էլ-Խուրի Լակյոլեն Լիբանանից, Օդրի Ազուլեյը Ֆրանսիայից և Մուշիրա Խաթաբը Եգիպտոսից: ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի նոր գլխավոր քարտուղարը, ով այդ պաշտոնում կփոխարինի Բուլղարիան ներկայացնող Իրինա Բոկովային, պաշտոնը կստանձնի հոկտեմբերի 15-ին:
