2. Փոփոխություններին հարմարվելու ունակություն 

Փոփոխություններին դիմանալը ոչ միշտ է հեշտ: Դրանք կարող են ամբողջ աշխարհը գլխիվայր շրջել ու սթրեսի պատճառ դառնալ: Չէ՞ որ փոխվել կարող են թե տվյալ օրվա ձեր ծրագրերը, թե աշխատանքը, սոցիալական կարգավիճակը, բնակության վայրը ու շատ այլ բաներ: Պետք է կարողանալ հարմարվել փոփոխություններին, այլ ոչ թե բարկանալ ու թույլ տալ, որ դրանք ձեզ հունից հանեն:

3. Սթրեսների նկատմամբ անընկալունակություն

Վախերը, ներքին ապրումները, սթրեսը կարող են վատ ինքնազգացողության պատճառ դառնալ: Այնպես որ ձեր հոգեւոր ու ֆիզիկական առողջությունը պայմանավորված է նրանով, թե որքան ընկալունակ եք դուք սթրեսների նկատմամբ: 

4. Ոչ միայն ընդունելու, այլեւ տալու ունակություն

5. Մարդկանց հասկանալու ունակություն

Կյանքը մարդկանց հետ փոխգործակցություն է, դրա համար էլ շատ կարեւոր է, թե ինչպես եք դուք կառուցում ձեր հարաբերությունները: Սերն ու հարգանքը այն երկու գլխավոր գործոններն են, որոնք ներդաշնակ կյանք են ապահովում:

6. Բացասական էներգիային կառուցողական ուղղություն տալու ունակություն
