Հայաստանում ներկայացվելիք գործով փորձ է արվել մեկտեղելու երաժշտությունը գրականության հետ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց հոլիվուդյան լեգենդար դերասան Ջոն Մալկովիչը: Մալկովիչը Հայաստանում է Արամ Խաչատրյանի միջազգային փառատոնի շրջանակում Հայաստանի պետական երիտասարդական նվագախմբի հետ հանդես գալու նպատակով:

«Այն համերգները, որոնցում մեկտեղվում են տեքստն ու երաժշտությունը, անասելի ապրումներ են պարգևում: Դասական երաժիշտների հետ մի քանի կատարումներ արդեն ունեցել եմ: Սա իմ 8-րդ փորձն է: Հիանալի զգացողություններ ունեմ։ Երաժշտությունը համամարդկային ուժ է պարունակում, հատկապես, երբ դասական երաժշտություն ես կատարում»,-ասաց Ջոն Մալկովիչն ու հավելեց, որ վայելում է երաժիշտների հետ ելույթ ունենալը:
Մալկովիչը կներկայացնի հատված Էռնեստո Սաբատոյի «Հերոսների և գերեզմանների մասին» նովելից` Ալֆրեդ Շնիտկեի դաշնամուրի և նվագախմբի համար գրված կոնցերտի ուղեկցությամբ: «Հայաստանում ներկայացվելիք գործով մենք մեկտեղել ենք երաժշտությունը գրականության հետ։ Երաժշտությունը պարանոյայի տարրեր է պարունակում, ինչպես Սաբատոյի տեքստը։ Սաբատոյի հիմնական ասելիքն այն է, որ աշխարհը կառավարում են կույրերը»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց՝ Սաբատոյի ստեղծագործությունն արժեքավոր գործ է, որին միշտ կարող ես վերադառնալ, ինչպես արվեստի մեծ գործերին:
Լեգենդար դերասանի կարծիքով՝ արվեստի յուրաքանչյուր գործ այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին զգում է մարդը, այլ ոչ այնպիսին, ինչպիսին ներկայացնում է հեղինակը:
«Երաժշտությունը, որի ներքո պետք է հնչի գրական գործ, դժվարությամբ եմ ընտրում: Տեքստը չի կարող մրցել երաժշտության հետ, այն պետք է սահի ու իր տեղը գտնի երաժշտության մեջ, լրացուցիչ տեղեկություն հաղորդի»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչպես նշեց Մալկովիչը՝ Հայաստան գալուն շատ էր սպասել:
