Մոտ 1000 թափուր աշխատատեղ աշխատանքի տոնավաճառում սպասում է իր աշխատակցին

Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառի նպատակն աշխատանք փնտրող անձանց զբաղվածության ապահովումը և գործատուների թափուր աշխատատեղերի համալրումն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին մայաքաղաքում կայացած աշխատանքի տոնավաճառին շուրջ 60 գործատուներ ներկայացրեցին տարբեր ոլորտների մոտ 1000 թափուր աշխատատեղեր:

«Ներկայացված են տարբեր մասնագիտությունների նաև որակավարում չպահանջող աշխատատեղեր: Կարծում եմ՝ տոնավաճառը լավ հարթակ է ավելի անմիջական միջավայրում ստեղծելու հնարավորություն գործատուի և աշատանք փնտրողի համար: Աշխատանք փնտրողների թիվը Երևանում 17000 է: Եվ այժմ նրանց համար լավ հնարավորություն է տոնավաճառի շրջանակում գտնել աշխատանք»,-ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը:
Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության պետ Արտակ Մանգասարյանի խոսքով՝ աշխատանքի տոնավաճառում ներկայացվող աշխատատեղերը բազմազան են: Աշխատատեղերի 23 տոկոսը պահանջում է բարձրագույն կրթություն, 37 տոկոսը՝ միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն պահանջող մասնագիտություններ, մնացածը՝ հմտություններ և մասնագիտացում չպահանջող թափուր աշխատեղեր են։ «Կան նաև գործատուներ, որոնք մոտեցողներից հավաքում են իրենց տվյալները հետագայում աշխատանքի կարիք ունենալու դեպքում նրանց հրավիրելու համար: Լինում են մինչև 100 տոկոս աշխատանքի տեղավորումներ: Հիմնականում միջին տեղավորումը 50-60 տոկոս է»,-ասաց Մանգասարյանը:
Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունում աշխատանք փնտրող 89 400 մարդ է գրանցված, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 6000-ով։
Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության առաջատար մասնագետ Վաիդա Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ նախապես ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կայքում տրվել է տեղեկատվություն տոնավաճառի կազմակերպման վայրի և օրվա մասին: «Երևանի վարչական շրջանների 10 զբաղվածության պետական գործակալություններ ևս տեղեկացրել են մարդկանց, տոնավաճառի մասին»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ տոնավաճառի շնորհիվ աշխատանք փնտրողը կհաղորդակցվի անմիջապես գործատուի հետ:
