Կալիֆորնիայի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունն Արցախում զարգացման շոշափելի առաջընթաց է տեսնում. պատվիրակությանն ընդունել է ԱՀ պետնախարարը

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար ԱրայիկՀարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 8-ինընդունել է ԱՄՆ Կալիֆորնիա նահանգի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին նահանգային Սենատի և Ասամբլեայի մի խումբ անդամներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Ա. Հարությունյանը կարևորել է ամերիկյան պատվիրակության այցն Արցախ և նշել, որ հետաքրքիրժամանակահատվածում են հյուրընկալվել, քանի որ հանրապետությունում այսօր նշվում է «Բերքի տոնը»: Պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ տոնի առթիվ ներկայացված ապրանքներն առաջին հերթին Արցախում առկա խաղաղության և զարգացման արդյունքներն են:
Անդրադառնալով Արցախում Միացյալ Նահանգների դերակատարությանը՝ Ա. Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է այն հանգամանքը, որ, բացի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից, ԱՄՆ-ը միակ պետությունն է, որ ամեն տարի ուղիղ ֆինանսական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Արցախին: «Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ԱՄՆ ժողովրդին ուիշխանություններին, որ մեզ աջակցում են ոչ միայն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում ընթացողհակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի համանախագահությամբ, այլև՝ մարդասիրական ծրագրերիրագործելով: 1990-ական թվականներից սկսած՝ ամերիկյան կառավարության աջակցությամբ Արցախումբազմաթիվ բնակարաններ են վերականգնվել և կառուցվել, անցկացվել են ջրագծեր, հարյուրավորհեկտարների վրա ականազերծման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել: Ուրախությամբ կուզեի շեշտադրելնաև վերջին տարիներին ԱՄՆ նահանգային մակարդակով Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչմանգործընթացի կարևորությունը, որում իր ուրույն տեղն ունի Կալիֆորնիայի Սենատի 2014թ. Բանաձևը՝ ԱՀ անկախության և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչման վերաբերյալ: Համոզվածեմ՝ դանոր որակ է հաղորդելու մեր հետագա համագործակցության զարգացմանը՝ թե՛ տնտեսական ուքաղաքական, և թե՛ մարդասիրական և այլ ոլորտներում»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը և հատուկ կարևորել Կալիֆորնիայի հայ համայնքի դերակատարությունն առկա կապերի խորացման ու ամրապնդման գործում:
Կալիֆորնիայի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակության անդամները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Ա.Հարությունյանին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և արձանագրել, որ նախորդ այցերի համեմատ Արցախում զարգացման շոշափելի առաջընթաց են տեսնում: Նրանք Ա.Հարությունյանին ներկայացրել են իրենց այցի մանրամասների և նպատակների մասին, ինչպես նաև հետաքրքրվել են Արցախի տնտեսության զարգացման առկա միտումներով, ապրիլյան պատերազմի սոցիալ-տնտեսական հետևանքներով, ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված գործընթացի ներկա իրավիճակով և այլ հարակից թեմաներով:
