Արցախում է ԱՄՆ Կալիֆորնիա նահանգի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունը

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում ընդունել են հոկտեմբերի 7-ին ԱՄՆ Կալիֆորնիա նահանգի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին նահանգային Սենատի անդամ Սքոթ Ուլիքը, Ասամբլեայի անդամներ Ադրին Նազարյանը, Դանթե Աքոստան, Լորա Ֆրիդմանը, Մարք Լևինը: Պատվիրակությանը ուղեկցում էին ամերկահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հյուրերին իր աշխատասենյակում ողջունել է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ ԱշոտՂուլյանը և ընդգծել Կալիֆորնիա-Արցախի Հանրապետություն առանձնահատուկ բարեկամական հարաբերությունների և տարբեր մակարդակի պատվիրակությունների հետ ավանդույթ դարձած հանդիպումների կարևորությունը: Անդրադառնալով Կալիֆորնիայի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչմանը՝ խորհրդարանի նախագահը նշել է. «Համոզված եմ, որ այդ որոշմանհիմքում եղել է Կալիֆորնիայի ժողովրդի և անձամբ ձեր հարգանքը ազատության համար Արցախի ժողովրդի պայքարի, անկախության ճանապարհին գրանցած հաջողություններիև տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն պահպանելու հարցում նրա ունեցած դերի հանդեպ»:
Այնուհետև ԱԺ նիստերի փոքր դահլիճում տեղի է ունեցել պատվիրակության հանդիպումը խորհրդարանի խմբակցությունների պատասխանատուների հետ, որի ընթացքում մասնակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել 2016 թվականի ապրիլից հետո Արցախում առկա իրավիճակի, տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքների, տարբեր ոլորտներում գործնական կապերի, մասնավորապես կրթական համակարգում հնարավոր համագործակցության հարցերի շուրջ: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել խորացնելու համայքների մակարդակով ձևավորված փոխգործակցությունը:
Խորհրդարանում կայացած հանդիպումներին մասնակցել են ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը և ԱՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Արմինե Ալեքսանյանը:
ԱՄՆ Կալիֆորնիա նահանգի Սենատը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախությունը և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը ճանաչող բանաձև է ընդունել 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ին:
