Ակնաբույժը գումարի դիմաց զորակոչիկներին բանակից ազատելու հիմք տվող ախտորոշումներ է տվել

«Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ ակնաբուժական կլինիկայի գլաուկոմայի բաժանմունքի վարիչ Ալլա Հովհաննիսյանը մեղադրվում է կաշառք վերցնելու մեջ: Նա լինելով բժշկական կենտրոնի զորակոչիկների բժշկական փորձաքննություն իրականացնող հանձնաժողովի անդամ՝ 20 զորակոչիկների 2014թ. ամառային զորակոչից ազատելու հիմք հանդիսացող ախտորոշումներ տալու համար ինքնությունը չպարզված անձանցից որպես կաշառք ստացել է տարբեր չափի գումարներ:
20 զորակոչիկների զորակոչից ազատելու հիմք հանդիսացող ախտորոշումներ տրամադրելու համար Ալլա Հովհաննիսյանը նախնական համաձայնության է եկել նաեւ նույն բժշկական կենտրոնի ակնաբուժական կլինիկայի ղեկավար, հանձնաժողովի մյուս անդամ Թադևոս Հովհաննիսյանի և «Մալայանի անվան ակնաբուժական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի բժշկական փորձագիտության գծով փոխտնօրեն, բժշկական կենտրոնի զորակոչիկների բժշկական փորձաքննություն իրականացնող հանձնաժողովի անդամ Մարինե Կանդայանի հետ:
Ալլա Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 311 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2 եւ3 կետով՝ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալը՝ կաշառք տվողի կամ նրա ներկայացրած անձի օգտին ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողության կամ անգործության համար՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով՝ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով եւ ՔՕ 313 հոդվածի 2-րդ կետով՝ կաշառքի միջնորդությունը` պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրապատիկից երկուհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:
