Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Վայոց ձորի մարզում

Աշխատանքային այցով Վայոց ձորի մարզում գտնվող Հանրապետության Նախագահ, Հայաստանի շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 6-ի երեկոյան Ջերմուկ քաղաքում հետևել է Հայաստանի շախմատային ֆեդերացիայի և Շախմատի եվրոպական միության հետ համագործակցությամբ Հայաստանի շախմատի ակադեմիայի կազմակերպած Եվրոպայի պատանեկան «Գրան Պրի» մրցաշարի 2-րդ փուլի ընթացքին, որն անցկացվում է հոկտեմբերի 4-15-ը «Ջերմուկ աշխարհ» նորակառույց հյուրանոցում: Երեք փուլով ընթացող մրցաշարին մասնակցում են շախմատում արդեն իսկ մեծ հաջողություններ գրանցած մինչև 16 տարեկան 12 պատանի շախմատիստներ արտերկրից և Հայաստանից: 
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սերժ Սարգսյանը մրցաշարի ընթացքը դիտելուց հետո կարճատև շրջայց է կատարել առողջարանային համալիրում, ծանոթացել մրցաշարի մասնակիցների համար ստեղծված պայմաններին:

Հանրապետության Նախագահը հոկտեմբերի 7-ի առավոտյան տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանի, Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Աշոտ Կիրակոսյանի և կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց է կատարել Ջերմուկում՝ դիտել քաղաքի ձախափնյա թաղամասում սկսված շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Այս փուլում իրագործվող ծրագրերի շարքում նախատեսված են Ջերմուկի ձախափնյա թաղամասի բակային ճանապարհների ասֆալտապատում՝ եզրաքարերի տեղադրումով, քաղաքի ձախափնյա թաղամասի բնակելի շենքերի տանիքածածկույթի վերանորոգում՝ 1-ին փուլում թվով 20 շենքերի, Ջերմուկի քաղաքի աջափնյա թաղամասի բակային տարածքների, մասնավորապես՝ Շահումյան և Մյասնիկյան փողոցների շենքերի միացյալ բակային տարածքի բարեկարգում, ինչպես նաև քաղաքի նշված փողոցների շենքերի հարակից հենապատերի և աստիճանների վերակառուցում: Նախագահին զեկուցվել է, որ բոլոր շինարարական և վերահսկողության աշխատանքների ավարտը, բացառությամբ տանիքաշինության ծրագրի, նախատեսված է ընթացիկ տարեվերջին:

Ջերմուկ քաղաքի և հարակից տարածքների համապարփակ զարգացման ծրագրի նախապատրաստման վերաբերյալ Հանրապետության Նախագահի կողմից տրվել էր հանձնարարականներ դեռևս 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ին՝ Նախագահի հրավիրած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանձնարարել էր այդ աշխատանքներում ներառել նաև մասնավոր հատվածը, որպեսզի ծրագիրը դառնա ավելի ընդգրկուն և խորածավալ: Եռամսյա ժամկետում մշակվեց շուրջ 25 ծրագիր՝ ուղղված քաղաքի ենթակառուցվածքների, բնապահպանական, հանգստի, տուրիզմի խթանմանը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքի բնակչության կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավման խնդիրների լուծմանը:
Ջերմուկում Նախագահ Սարգսյանը ծանոթացել է նաև աջափնյա թաղամասում և Կեչուտի ջրամբարի հարևանությամբ նախատեսված կառուցապատման ներդրումային ծրագրերի մշակման ընթացքին:
