Հայաստանում մեկնարկեցին Եվրոպական սպորտային փառատոն-մրցաշարերը

Երևանի «Արարատ վալի քանթրի քլաբ»-ում տրվեց Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ անցկացվող Եվրոպական սպորտային փառատոն-մրցաշարերի մեկնարկը: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը, ՀՀ-ում եվրոպական պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, գոլֆի սիրահարներ:
«Այս փառատոնի անցկացմամբ ևս Հայաստանի ու Եվրոպական միության միջև կառուցվում է ամուր կամուրջ: Ամբողջ Եվրոպայում այս փառատոնին մասնակցում է ավելի քան 15 մլն մարդ: Հայաստանը իր հետաքրքիր լանդշաֆտային տարածքներով կարող է գրավիչ լինել գոլֆի սիրահարների համար և վստահ եմ, որ գոլֆի նոր խաղահրապարակների կառուցմամբ, հատկապես հանգստի գոտիներում, կխթանվի սպորտային տուրիզմի զարգացումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Սվիտալսկին: Նրա խոսքով, Եվրոպական սպորտային փառատոն-մրցաշարերի շրջանակում անցկացվելու են նաև հեծանվավազքի, ձմռանը՝ դահուկավազքի, իսկ հաջորդ տարի նաև բասկետբոլի մրցաշարեր: «Մեր նպատակն է խթանել Հայաստանում առողջ կենսակերպը»,- ասաց դեսպանը:
Իր հերթին, Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը ողջունեց փառատոնի անցկացումը մեր երկրում և ընդգծեց, որ այն կնպաստի Հայաստանում տարբեր մարզաձևերի ու սպորտային տուրիզմի զարգացմանը:
Եվրոպական սպորտային փառատոն-մրցաշարերի նպատակն է նպաստել առողջ ակտիվ կենսակերպին, խթանել տարբեր տարիքի մարդկանց զանազան մրցաշարերում մասնակցությունը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում սպորտային տուրիզմի զարգացումը:
Փառատոնի մրցաշարերից երկուսը՝ ընտանեկան գոլֆի փառատոնն ու մինի-գոլֆի ընտանեկան մրցաշարը կտևեն հոկտեմբերի 7-22-ը, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 8-ին կանցկացվի լեռնային հեծանվավազք՝ նախատեսված երեխաների ու մեծահասակների համար:
