Դրել, ինչ որ համեմատականներ են անցկացնում էլեկտրաէներգիայի գործող սակագների մեջ՝ Հայաստանի և այլ երկրների միջև, որպեսսզի ապացուցեն, որ թանկացումն անհիմն է։ Բա էլի որ անհիմն է, ո՞նց կարող է որևէ տրամաբանական ու արդարացի հիմնավորում ունենալ նման հիմնավորումը, այն էլ այն բանից հետո, երբ այդքան մանրամասներ են հրապարակվել ՀԷՑ-ի խայտառակ հայտից։

Հիմա ոչ թե պետք է հետամուտ լինել ապացուցելուն, որ թանկացումը հանցավոր որոշում կլինի, այլ պետք է ապացուցել, որ ՀԷՑ-ի ղեկավարությունը պետք է քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի՝ խարդախության ու ուրիշի ունեցվածքի յուրացման փորձի համար։ Այո՛-այո՛, հենց այդպես. դատելով այն մանրամասնիերից, որոնք արդեն հայտնի են՝ ՀԷՑ-ի ղեկավարությունը խարդախություն է փորձում անել՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց ատկատներն ու անտեղի շռայլությունները, որպես այնպիսի ծախս, որի համար պաատասխանատու են քաղաքացիների և փաստացի, ուզում է յուրացնել մեր գումարները, ինչը կարծում եմ, որ ուրիշի ունեցվածծքի յուրացման տակ կարող է ներառվել։

Մի դրանց տեսեք, ներկայացված գնումների կեսը արվել է շուկայականից բարձր գնով, ինչ որ անհասականալի բանկային հաշիվների են միլիոնավոր դոլարներ գնացել, ղեկավարությունը Դուբայի շեյխի կենսակերպով է ապրում՝ հասույթից գոյացած գումարների հաշվին, իսկ Հայաստանի պետական ապպարատը փոխանակ զբաղվի այս դրվագների ուսումնասիրությամբ, դրած քննարկում ա՝ բավարարի՞, թե՞ չբավարարի թանկացման հայտը, դե իսկ երվանդզախարյյաններն էլ միշտ էլ պատրաստ են անվրդով դեմքով հիմնավորել, որ իրականում թանկացումն անհրաժեշտ է ու անխուսափելի։
