Հայաստանի օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկ արտադրանքի շուկայում հայտնաբերվել են խախտումներ

ԵՏՄ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգրերի հաստատումից հետո հուլիսի վերջից շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմինը սկսել է ստուգումներ օծանելիքի եւ կոսմետիկ արտադրանքի շուկայում։ Անցած երկու ամիսներին ստուգում իրականացվել է 14 ընկերություններում, որոնցից 7-ում գործընթացը դեռ շարունակվում է, մյուսներում արդյունքներն արդեն ամփոփված են։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնից:

Արձանագրվել են ինչպես հայերեն մակնշման, այնպես էլ որակի համապատասխանության գնահատման փաստաթղթերի բացակայության դեպքեր։ Մասնավորապես՝ 6 ընկերություններում՝ «Բրենդ դիստրիբյուտոր» ՍՊԸ, «Մեգաթոյ» ՍՊԸ, «Տրիո փրոջեքթ» ՍՊԸ, «ԲԻ ԷՅՋ քլին» ՍՊԸ, «Թալիսման» ՍՊԸ, «ՍԱՍ-գրուպ» ՍՊԸ որակի համապատասխանության գնահատման փաստաթղթերը լիովին կամ որոշ ապրանքների պարագայում բացակայել է։ 3-ում՝ «Ռուժ բուտե» ՍՊԸ, «Թալիսման» ՍՊԸ եւ «ՍԱՍ-գրուպ» ՍՊԸ, լիովին կամ որոշ ապրանքների դեպքում առկա չի եղել հայերեն մակնշումը։

Մակնշումը պարունակում է սպառողի համար բավականին կարեւոր տեղեկություններ, ինչպես օրինակ՝ ապրանքի բաղադրություն, պիտանելության ժամկետ, օգտագործման ցուցումներ եւ այն։ Իսկ որակի հավաստման փաստաթուղթը վկայում է ապրանքի անվտանգ լինելու մասին։

Հայտնաբերված խախտումները տնտեսվարողներից մի քանիսն արդեն իսկ վերացրել են, մյուսներին տրվել են կարգադրագրեր՝ սահմանված ժամկետում թերությունները վերացնելու վերաբերյալ։ Խախտումները չվերացնելու դեպքում տվյալ ընկերություններին կրկնակի տուգանք է սպառնում։

Տեսչական մարմնի տարեկան ստուգումների ծրագրով նախատեսված է ստուգում իրականացնել շուրջ 2 տասնյակ ընկերություններում։

ՇՎՏՄ-ն սպառողներին եւս մեկ անգամ կոչ է անում, ուշադիր լինել նման ապրանքներ գնելիս՝ հետեւել մակնշման առկյությանը, իսկ ապրանքի որակի առումով կասկածների դեպքում պահանջել հավաստման փաստաթուղթ։
