Ծեծի ենթարկված քննիչը սուտ ցուցմունք է տվել` հայտնելով, թե աղավնուն օգնելու համար ընկել է տանիքից:  Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Գործն ուղարկվել է Էջմիածնի դատարան:

Tert.am-ը դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ քննիչ Ռուդիկ   Մխիթարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիր մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործերից մեկով տուժող, գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում, այնուհետև` դատաքննության ընթացքում որպես տուժող հարցաքննվելիս իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ է հայտնել: Քննիչին ծեծել են, սակայն նա հայտնել է, որ աղավնուն օգնելու համար բարձրացել է տանիք և ընկել վայր, ինչի հետևանքով վնասվածքներ է ստացել:

Այնուհետև նույն գործով դատաքննության ընթացքում որպես տուժող հարցաքննվելիս պնդել է իր նախաքննական սուտ ցուցմունքը ու մինչև դատարանի կողմից դատավճիռ կայացնելը չի հայտնել իր տված սուտ ցուցմունքի մասին:

Այնինչ նույն քրեական գործի դատաքննության արդյունքներով Արմավիրի մարզի դատարանի կողմից մայիսի 5-ին կայացված դատավճռով Սուրեն Հարությունյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ՀՀ քր.օրի 112հ.1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման մեջ, այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016թ. հունվարի 11-ին ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում, «Սադախլո» շուկայի հարակից տարածքում վիճաբանել է Արմավիրի մարզի Նորապատ գյուղի բնակիչ Ռուդիկ Մխիթարյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբերի մասերին` պատճառելով նրա առողջությանը կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:

Այսինքն` Ռուդիկ  Մխիթարյանին ծեծի են ենթարկել, կատարել է հանցավոր արարք, որը նախատեսված է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 338-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ քրեական գործով վկայի կամ տուժողի կողմից սուտ ցուցմունք տալ,որը կատարվել է ծանր կամ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրանքի առնչությամբ,

Բացի դրանից` քրգործի նախաքննության ընթացքում տուժող Ռ. Մխիթարյանը նախազգուշացված լինելով ցուցմունք տալուց հրաժարվելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին բացահայտ և բանավոր ձևով հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալուց, այսինքն` Ռուդիկ  Մխիթարյանը կատարել է հանցավոր արարք, որը նախատեսված է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 339-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝  վկայի կամ տուժողի կողմից ցուցմունք տալուց հրաժարվելը:

Դատական առաջին նիստը նշանակվել է հոկտեմբերի 6-ին:
