Վարչապետն ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատարին

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Յոհաննես Հանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ վարչապետ Կարապետյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Հայաստանը բավական ակտիվ զարգացումների տարի է ունեցել, և դրանից անմասն չեն մնացել Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն հարաբերությունները: Ավարտել ենք բանակցությունները և նախաստորագրել ենք նոր Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը, որը կստորագրվի Բրյուսելում: Արևելյան գործընկերությունը՝ որպես բազմակողմ համագործակցության ձևաչափ, փոխլրացնում է ԵՄ հետ մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները: Նախորդ տարիներին մեզ հաջողվել է տեսանելի արդյունքներ արձանագրել նաև գործընկերության ոլորտային ուղղություններով, և մենք ակնկալիքներ ունենք հատկապես գալիք գագաթնաժողովից»: Կառավարության ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության շրջանակում մի շարք ոլորտներում կատարված աշխատանքներին և ծրագրերին գոհունակություն հայտնել արձանագրված ընթացիկ արդյունքների կապակցությամբ և կարևորել գործակցության շարունակականությունը: Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը արդյունավետ և կառուցողական է գնահատել ԵՄ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար, ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկու հետ աշխատանքը:
Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Յոհաննես Հանը, կարևորելով Հայաստանի հետ գործընկերության շարունակումը, նշել է. «Կարծում եմ, որ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ դեպի առաջ մեծ քայլ կկատարենք, որից հետո մեր ձեռքերում կլինի այդ համաձայնագրում նախատեսված հնարավորությունների օգտագործումը: Տվյալ համաձայնագրի նշանակությունը չի սահմանափակվում մեր երկկողմ հարաբերություններով. առաջին անգամ է, որ կարողանում ենք պայմանագրային դաշտ, համաձայնագիր ունենալ մի պետության հետ, որը միաժամանակ նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ է: Դա օրինակելի մոդել կարող է լինել այլ երկրների համար»:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության օրակարգին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է եղել տնտեսական, ՓՄՁ, ենթակառուցվածքների, տրանսպորտի, էներգետիկայի, ավիացիայի, վիզաների ազատականացման, կրթության, մշակույթի, քաղաքացիական հասարակության կայացման և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով համագործակցությունը շարունակելու հեռանկարներին: Տնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացման տեսանկյունից կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է ԵՄ GSP+ արտոնյալ առևտրային ռեժիմի շարունակականության ապահովումը։
Կարեն Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրի առաջնահերթությունները՝ նշելով, որ այն բարեփոխումներ է նախատեսում բոլոր բնագավառներում ու առաջին հերթին ուղղված է նաև մտածելակերպի փոփոխությանը, կառավարման նոր մշակույթի ներդրմանը և հասարակության հետ գործուն հետադարձ կապի ապահովմանը: Յոհաննես Հանը հավակնոտ է համարել կառավարության ծրագիրը՝ նշելով, որ ԵՄ-ն պատրաստակամ է քննարկելու փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում օժանդակության հնարավորությունները:
