ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ ներկայացուցիչի հանդիպումը թալիշցիների հետ ընդառաջ է այսօրվա մեր անորոշությանը. Թալիշի գյուղապետ

Թալիշի գյուղապետ Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը տեղեկացել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում հանդիպել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Թալիշ գյուղի բնակիչների հետ և որ նրան է ներկայացվել 2016 թ. ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանցիների՝ Թալիշ գյուղում կատարած ոճրագործությունները: 

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում գյուղապետը նշեց, որ հանդիպել են Թալիշից տեղահան եղած և Չարենցավանում բնակություն հաստատած 5 և Երևանում ապրող 1 ընտանիքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ովքեր նշել են, որ ցանկանում են վերադառնալ, բայց վախ ունեն, որ կկրկնվեն ադրբեջանցիների  ոճրագործությունները: 

«Չգիտեմ դա ինչ կտա մեզ, բայց որ նման հետաքրքրություն կա, դա արդեն լավ է, որովհետև եթե նման հետաքրքրվածություն կա, դա արդեն ընդառաջում է գործին, այսօրվա մեր անորոշությանը»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այնպես չի, որ մեծ հույսեր ունեն նման հանդիպումներից: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինը և ՀՀ ԱԺ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում հանդիպել են Արցախի Հանրապետության Թալիշ գյուղի բնակիչների հետ: 

Հարցին, թե ըստ գյուղապետի՝ միջազգային հանրությանը պատշաճ կերպով է ներկայացված խնդրի էությունը, Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը նշեց, թե հստակ չի կարող պատասխանել. «Չեմ կարող պատասխանել, թե ինչ մակարդակի ու որ ատյաններում է ներկայացվել, որում չէ, բայց որ գալիս են լրագրողներ արտասահմանից կամ այլ կառույցներից ներկայացուցիչներ, մենք հնարավորինս ներկայացնում ենք, թե ոնց է եղել իրականությունը, ադրբեջանցիների  վայրագություններն ու գազանությունները, որ քառօրյա պատերազմը մեր գյուղից է հենց սկսել, երբ մենք տանը քնած էինք հանգիստ, ու եկել են ու ինչ արել հայ ընտանիքի հետ և որ այդքանից հետո դեռ քննարկվում է այս ժողովուրդների համակեցության հարցը»: 

Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ թեև գյուղացիները ցանկություն ունեն վերադառնալու գյուղ, բայց այն դեռևս անվտանգ չէ, և մի մասը համախմբվել է Ալաշանում, որը գտնվում է Դրմբոն գյուղից դեպի Մարտակերտի շրջանն ընկած տեղամասում, Թալիշից 40 կմ է հեռու: Պետրոսյանի խոսքով՝ Ալաշանում թալիշցիների 45-ից ավելի ընտանիք է տեղավորվել՝ շուրջ 180 բնակիչ, և նրանց թիվը դեռ ավելանում է:
