Լրագրողներն օգնեցին համակարգին անելու առաջին քայլը. Մեջլումյանը` Սողոմոն Քոչարյանի ազատվելու մասին

Ցմահ դատապարտյալ Սողոմոն Քոչարյանին հիվանդության հիմքով պատժի հետագա կրումից ազատելու՝ դատարանի որոշումը, որոշման համար մի քանի տարի պայքարող, հետաքննող լրագրող Զարուհի Մեջլումյանի կարծիքով, հոգեբանական դրական ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ մյուս ցմահ ազատազրկվածների վրա:

«Սա հոգեբանական գործոն կարող է լինել թե մյուս դատապարտյալների, թե համակարգի համար: Համակարգը տեսավ, որ հնարավոր է, դատապարտյալները տեսան, որ անհնարը կարող է դառնալ հնարավոր: Մի փոքր պատուհան բացվեց, ու հույս արթնացավ նրանց մոտ: Իսկ մինչեւ այս ոչ ոք չէր հավատում, որ ցմահ ազատազրկվածը կարող է ազատություն վերադառնալ»,- ասաց Զարուհի Մեջլումյանը:

Զարուհի Մեջլումյանի խոսքով՝ որոշումը լրագրողական համառ աշխատանքի արդյունք է: Այդ աշխատանքի արդյունքում փոխվել է նաեւ հասարակության վերաբերմունքը ցմահ ազատազրկվածների նկատմամբ, կոտրվել են նրանց մասին կարծրատիպերը:

«Լրագրողները կարողացան օգնել համակարգին անելու առաջին քայլը: Սա նախադեպային որոշում էր: Ճիշտ է՝ հիվանդության հիմքով եղավ ազատումը, բայց առաջին դեպքն էր, երբ զմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտվածը վերադարձավ  ազատություն»,- նշեց նա:

Ցմահ ազատազրկվածների գործերի վերաբացմանն ուղղված պայքարը, Զարուհի Մեջլումյանի խոսքով, պետք է ավելի բուռն ընթացք ստանա, քանի որ առաջին քայլն այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն արված է:

«Որ պահին որ մենք դադարեցնենք պայքարը, դա կլինի համակարգի համար ձեռնտու տարբերակ: Պետք է շարունակել պայքարը, քանի որ ստացվում է՝ մենք ուրախանում ենք մի բանի համար, որը կոչվում է օրենքի կիրառում: Ընդամենը օրենք է կիրառվել, որը մինչեւ այդ չէր կիրառվում»,- ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ Զարուհի Մեջլումյանն արդեն երկար տարիներ է՝ պայքարում է 11 ցմահ ազատազրկվածների գործերի վերաբացման համար:

20 տարի անազատության մեջ գտնվող Սողոմոն Քոչարյանը մահապատժի է դատապարտվել 1995թ.՝ Ւրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացուն Հայաստանում սպանելու համար, սակայն հետո պատիժը փոխարինվել էր ցմահ ազատազրկմամբ: Սողոմոն Քոչարյանը 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ է, ՀՀ սահմանների պաշտպանության եւ ԼՂՀ ազատագրական պայքարի ակտիվ մասնակից։ Հոկտեմբերի 22–ին առաջին ատյանի դատարանը բավարարել է նրա փաստաբանի միջնորդությունը եւ հիվանդության հիմքով Քոչարյանին ազատել պատժի հետագա կրումից։

Նա այժմ գտնվում է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնի Սրտաբանական բաժանմունքում: Պատերազմի 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ Սողոմոն Քոչարյանը տառապում է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությամբ՝ 4-րդ աստիճանի սրտային անբավարարությամբ (իշեմիկ կարդիոմիոպաթիա), ունի հետինֆարկտային խրոնիկ անեւրիզմա, հիվանդ է նաեւ կանգային թոքաբորբով: Այս հիվանդությամբ նա ենթակա էր պատժից ազատման` համաձայն Կառավարության 825-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված պատժի կրման հետ անհամատեղելի հիվանդությունների ցանկի:
