ԱՆ-ն էլեկտրոնային միասնական համակարգի համար հիվանդանոցներից ներկայիս 72 հազարի փոխարեն 6-7 մլն դրամ է պահանջում

ՀՀ տարածքում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական համակարգին միանալու համար այսուհետ ամսական պետք է 6-7 մլն դրամ վճարենք, մենք բողոքարկում ենք առողջապահության նախարարության նախաձեռնությունը: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց հիվանդանոցներից մեկի աշխատակիցը, ով չցանկացավ ներկայանալ:
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ նախարարությունն օրերս գրություն է ուղարկել ՀՀ բուժսպասարկում իրականացնող հաստատություններ՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական համակարգին միանալու համար բուժհաստատությունները պետք է իրենց շրջանառության մինչև 1.5 տոկոսի չափով վճարում կատարեն:
«Այդ 1.5 տոկոսը մեզ համար ամսական 6-7 մլն դրամ է կազմում: Համակարգի սպասարկման համար հիվանդանոցները մինչև այժմ էլ ամսական 72 հազար դրամ վճարում էին, բայց հիմա ստացվում է՝ նախարարությունն այդ նույն գործողությունը կատարում է և դրա դիմաց մեծ գումար է պահանջում»,- նշեց աշխատակիցը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ բուժհիմնարկն անգամ ամսական հոսանքի համար է ավելի քիչ գումար վճարում, քան նախարարությունը պահանջում է:
Tert.am-ի աղբյուրի նաև նշեց, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը դեռևս գործածության մեջ չէ, այն առողջապահության նախարարության հրամանով մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը կասեցված է: Առողջապահական գերատեսչությունը նախատեսում է, որ թեմայով քննարկումներ անցկացնել հիվանդանոցների հետ:
Ըստ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի՝ միասնական տեղեկատվական համակարգն առավել թափանցիկ է դարձնում բուժսպասարկման ոլորտը և դրան միանալը պարտադիր է բոլոր հիվանդանոցների համար:
Թեմայի շուրջ Tert.am-ը զրուցեց նաև Էրեբունի ԲԿ տնօրեն Միքայել Մանուկյան հետ, ով հայտնեց, որ իրենք նախարարությունից գրություն ստացել են, բայց հարցը դեռևս քննարկվում է:
«Որոշումը վերջնական չէ: Իրենք մեզ պետք է կանչեն, մեզ հետ քննարկումներ անեն: Այդ ժամանակ մենք մեր կարծիքը կասենք, հիմա չեմ կարող»,- նշեց նա:
