Հերթական երկօրյա բիզնես դասընթացները տեղի ունեցան Գյումրի քաղաքում և ներառեցին «հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների մարքեթինգ և հոգատարություն հյուրերի հանդեպ» նոր ներդրված թեմաները: Դասընթացներին մասնակցեցին Շիրակի մարզի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների շուրջ 20 ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Մեկ ամիս առաջ ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկը և Շիրակի մարզպետարանը հուշագիր ստորագրեցին, որով մենք պարտավորվեցինք  Շիրակում միավորել մեր ուժերը ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացման համար։ Բանկի՝ թրեյնինգներ անցկացնող աշխատակիցները, որոնք Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի (IFC Business Edge) կողմից վերջերս ստացել են միջազգային թրեյնավարների սերտիֆիկացման աստիճան, այս տարի Երևան քաղաքից բացի  դասընթացներ են անցկացրել Լոռու, Արմավիրի, Սյունիքի, ինչպես նաև Շիրակի մարզերում, իսկ այս դասընթացը Շիրակում արդեն թվով չորրորդն  է։ Կարող ենք փաստել, որ այս տարի ունենք զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքի աճ, և նոր ներդրված մոդուլով մարզի հյուրանոցային բիզնեսի ոլորտի համար  իրականացվող  բիզնես դասընթացի բովանդակությունը պայմանավորված է հենց ոլորտում ստեղծված պահանջարկով և առաջիկա զարգացումների կանխատեսմամբ։ Համոզված ենք, որ մեր գործունեության 20 տարիների ընթացքում կուտակած, ինչպես նաև միջազգային լավագույն փորձը, որոնք դասընթացի շրջանակում այս օրերին փոխանցեցինք Շիրակի մեր գործընկերներին, դրական ազդեցություն կթողնեն և՛ նրանց կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման, և՛ նրանց բիզնեսի զարգացման վրա»,- ասաց բանկի Զարգացման և մարքեթինգի վարչության պետ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը:  

ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի կողմից իրականցվել է 55 անվճար բիզնես դասընթաց, որոնց մասնակցել են ավելի քան 700  ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչներ շուրջ 380 կազմակերպություններից: Բիզնես դասընթացներին կարող են մասնակցել ՀՀ-ում գործող բոլոր ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչները։
