Այս տարբերակը միանգամից կտա տեսանելի արդյունք, սակայն չարժե չարաշահել այն: Արեք այս ընթացակարգը ամիսը մեկ անգամ, ոչ ավելի: Եթե ձեր ատամները զգայուն են, ապա մի օգտագործեք կիտրոնի հյութ, ուղղակի մի քիչ սոդա ավելացրեք ատամի մածուկի վրա:
