ՀՀ-ի հետ չի կարելի ուլտիմատումի լեզվով խոսել. Էդուարդ Շարմազանով ամփոփեց ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստի ընթացքում քննարկված հարցերը

ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն այսօր ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստի ավարտից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այսօր ԱՄՆ Միչիգան նահանգը ճանաչել է Արցախի անկախացումը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը միջազգային ճանաչումը զուտ ժամանակի խնդիր է: Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստի ընթացքում Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է ունեցած հանդիպումների ընթացքը:
«ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 72-րդ նստաշրջանին պարոն նախագահի ելույթը համահայկական առաջնորդի ելույթ էր, որովհետև նախագահը ներկայացրեց, որ միայն ՀՀ դիրքորոշումն, այլև Նյու Յորքի ամենաբարձ ամբիոնից նշեց, որ սա այն մեսիջն է, որ ինքը բերել է Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովից: Փաստորեն՝ ևս մեկ անգամ նշվեց, որ Արցախի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումը, հայանպաստ կարգավորումը, ոչ միայն ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի, այլև հայկական սփյուռքի միասնական պահանջն ու օրակարգն է»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթի ընթացքում նախագահը հստակ շեշտեց, որ Արցախը չի կարող ունենալ ավելի ցածր կարգավիճակ, քան ունի ներկայում, այսինքն՝ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, Արցախի անկախությանն այլընտրանք չկա:
«Պարոն նախագահը շատ հստակ ասաց, որ Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը ոչ թե տարածքային վեճ է ՀՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, այլ դա ուղիղ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդիր է, որտեղ ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումն անկյունաքարային է: ՀՀ-ն սատարելու է Արցախի քաղաքացիների իրենց ինքնորոշման պայքարում»,- ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:
ՀՀԿ խոսնակն անդրադարձավ նաև Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Թուրքիայի հետ ՀՀ հարաբերությունների մասին հայտարարությանը և շեշտեց, թե ՄԱԿ-ի բարձր ամբիոնից նախագահի կողմից հայտարարվեց, որ ՀՀ-ի հետ չի կարելի խոսել շանտաժի և ուլտիմատումի լեզվով:
Շարմազանովը նաև հավելեց, որ ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստին քննարկվել է նոյեմբերի 5-ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ գրեթե բոլոր խոշոր համայնքներում ՀՀԿ-ն ունի իր թեկնածուն, ավելին՝ արդեն իսկ առաջադրվող թեկնածուների հարցում որոշում է կայացրել:
