«Փաստ»   Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ–ի կողմից Բաքվում կազմակերպված համաժողովին մասնակցող հայկական պատվիրակությունն ամբողջ ժամանակ եղել է բոլորի ուշադրության կենտրոնում. այցից տպավորություններով կիսվում է ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանը:

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ այցը նպատակ ուներ ներկայացնել Հայաստանի ընթացիկ վիճակը, մարտահրավերները և անելիքները կանանց իրավունքների, հավասար հնարավորությունների և առողջության հարցում:

Սա, սակայն, այցի միակ նպատակը չէր:

«Ակնհայտորեն այս միջոցառումը ուներ նաև երկրորդ նպատակ. այն վերածելու հակահայկական քարոզչության: Մեր ներկայությունը և արձագանքները զսպող հանգամանք հանդիսացան, իսկ համարժեք արձագանքը հնարավորություն չթողեց շեղվել բուն օրակարգից»,– ներկայացրեց նա:

Թանդիլյանի կարծիքով՝ նման միջոցառումներին հայկական պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությունը պարտադիր է: Ըստ նրա՝ եթե մենք չենք ուզում հնարավորություն տալ ադրբեջանցիներին միակողմանիորեն անհիմն մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնել մեր պետության ուղղությամբ, նմանատիպ համաժողովներին պետք է մասնակցենք և մեր երկրի տեսակետը հայտնենք:

«Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ պատերազմական իրավիճակը շարունակվում է, և այն յուրաքանչյուր հարթակում է: Բացի այդ՝ պետք է կարողանանք պատշաճ և արժանապատիվ կերպով ներկայացնել Հայաստանը: Միաժամանակ, համատարած վերահսկողության և ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվելով՝ դու պետք է լինես այնպիսին, ինչպիսին դու կաս: Այն, ինչ կանեինք այլ երկրում, արել ենք այնտեղ: Մենք էլ մարդ ենք՝ միս–արյունից, սակայն Բաքվում կարծում էին, որ արնախում արարածներ ենք՝ պատրաստ ամեն պահի պատերազմելու և խեղդելու իրենց: Իսկ դու պետք է ցույց տաս, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չես տեսնում և գիտես՝ ինչու ես հասել Բաքու»,– փոխանցեց Բաքվից վերադարձած հայ պատգամավորը:

Նա համոզված է՝ հայկական պատվիրակությունը կարողացավ կանգնեցնել Բաքվում հակահայկական քարոզչություն դարձող միջոցառումը: Ադրբեջանցիները, նրա համոզմամբ, հասկացան, որ որևէ միջազգային հարթակ չպետք է օգտագործեն հակահայկական քարոզչություն իրականացնելու համար:
