Այս օրերին, երբ քաղաքական հարթակում թվում է ամեն բան ընթանում է առօրյա աշխատանքային և բնականոն հունով, բոլորի գլխում ու մտքում շարունակում է մնալ մի անպատասխան հարց՝ ո՞վ է 2018 թվականին դառնալու ՀՀ վարչապետ։ 
Սա դաձել է շատերի քունը խլած այն հարցական նշանը, որն օդում կախված է մնում։ Իրավացիորեն նշենք, որ այս հարցով ամիսներ առաջ տառապելն անկասկած բոլորին խանգարում է նաև աշխատանքային գործընթացները հավուր պատշաճի իրականացնել․ չէ՞ որ պաշտոնյաների հիմնական մասը իրեն «ժամանակավոր» է զգում ու մինչև վերոնշյալ հարցականի պատասխանը չպարզվի, չի կարողանում մեղմ ասած հիմնական գործով զբաղվել։
Այս նկատառումը, չի վերաբերում սակայն պատգամավորներին, որոնք Ազգային ժողովում ժողվրդի ներկայացուցիչներն են ու պետք է հանդես գան ժողովրդի անունից ու ներկայացնեն նրանց շահերը։ Հենց պատգամավորներն են, որ առաջին դեմքով փոխանցում են հասարակական կարծիքն ու մտայնությունները։ Սա բնական է ու օրինաչափ և սրա վրա զարմանալը առնվազն հիմարություն է։ Ուրեմն հիմարություն բնորոշմամբ էլ մոտենանք խնդրո առարկա հանդիսացող երևույթին։ Ինչի՞ մասին խոսվում է վերջին օրերին մամուլում, և ինչու՞ է այսքան հրատապ ու օրակարգային համարվում վարչապետի՝ ամիսներ հետո կայանալիք նշանակումը։ 
ՀՀ սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված կարգով վարչապետի թեկնածուին որոշելու է հենց խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը։ Հետևաբար՝ բարձրացված այս աղմուկը մի տեսակ արհեստական դաշտ է տեղափոխվում, հատկապես, երբ ընդհանուր պլանով դիտարկելու դեպքում տեսնում ենք, որ լրատվադաշտի կողմից նկատվում է տենդենց, որ կարծիքներ և պատասխաններ այս հարցի շուրջ ակնկալվում են հատկապես ոչ իշխանական խմբակացության պատգամավորներից։
Վերջին օրերին նմանատիպ գործունեությամբ աչքի են ընկնում որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ, ովքեր «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավորներից հերթով հետաքրքրվում են կառավարության մեկամյա գործունեությունից։Հնչած գնահատականները բնականաբար չեն կարող լինել միանշանակ դրական, քանզի անզեն աչքով էլ բոլորին է հայտնի, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացու առօրյա կյանքում ակնհայտ դրական տեղաշարժեր չեն եղել:Բնականաբար պատգամավորները առաջին դեմքով պետք է և արտահայտում են հենց ժողովրդի կարծիքը։ 
Հետևաբար այս ամենը այլ լույսի տակ ներկայացնելը պարզապես անմտություն է կամ, որ ավելի արժանահավատ է, այս ամենը՝ միտումնավոր սադրանք է ուրիշ ոչինչ։ Հետևաբար հասկանալի է, որ 2018 թվականի վարչապետ ու ներկայիս Վարչապետի գնահատական «պահանջող» միկրոֆոնների՝ «Ծառուկյան դաշինքի կողմն ուղղվելը արվում է միտումնավոր, բայց և ապարդուն։ Որավհետև ավելի լավ է դրանք ուղղվեն այն ամբիոնին, որի առջև կանգնած են ՀՀ սահմաբադրությամբ ամրագրված՝ իրական և իրավական հասցեատերերը։
