Սահմանապահ Դովեղ գյուղի փողոցները լուսավորվել են

Տավուշի մարզի Դովեղ գյուղն արևելյան մասով 15 կմ երկարությամբ սահման ունի հարևան երկրի հետ: Չնայած անհրաժեշտությանը` սահմանապահ գյուղը տարիներ շարունակ ստիպված է եղել հարմարվել արտաքին լուսավորության համակարգի բացակայությանը:
Ներկայումս իրավիճակը փոխվել է. համայնքների զարգացումը կարևոր առաջնահերթություն համարող գործընկեր կառույցների ջանքերով խնդիրը լուծվել է:
Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) և ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի համագործակցությամբ իրականացվող «Այլընտրանքային էներգիա» նախագծի շրջանակում, Դովեղում ամբողջությամբ ստեղծվել է արտաքին լուսավորության էներգախնայող նոր ենթակառուցվածք: Տեղակայվել է 73 LED լուսարձակ՝ լուսավորելով 2700 մ երկարությամբ տարածություն։
Համակարգի գործարկմանը մասնակցել են ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը, FPWC հիմնադրամի գլխավոր ճարտարագետ, ծրագրի պատասխանատու Մարտին Մարալչյանը, Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Աբազյանը և համայնքի բնակիչները:
«Գյուղական համայնքներում ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումն առաջնահերթություն է: Հատկապես սահմանապահ գյուղերում դրանց կառուցումը կարևոր է մի քանի տեսանկյունից. գյուղն սկսում է համապատասխանել ժամանակի պահանջներին, բնակիչը փորձում է լավատեսորեն նայել վաղվա օրվան, գյուղի զարգացման հեռանկարին ու մնալ իր բնօրրանում և, որն ամենակարևորն է՝ լուծվում է մարդկանց անվտանգության հարցը: Իսկ մեզ՝ գործընկեր կառույցներիս համար, արձանագրվող ձեռքբերումներին զուգահեռ, ծրագիրն արժևորվում է նաև երկարաժամկետ արդյունքով»,- ասել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
Բնապահպանական և էներգախնայող LED լուսարձակների շահագործումը տնտեսապես արդյունավետ է բյուջետային համեստ միջոցներ ունեցող գյուղերի համար: Այսպիսի համակարգի շահագործումն էականորեն կրճատում է էներգիայի ծախսը՝ խնայված միջոցների հաշվին թեթևացնելով գյուղի ֆինանսական բեռը:
Ի տարբերություն այլ լամպերի՝ LED լամպերն առավել արդյունավետ ու դիմացկուն են, կարող են անհամեմատ ավելի երկար ծառայել՝ սպառելով 80%-ով պակաս էլեկտրաէներգիա:
Դովեղի փողոցները կլուսավորվեն ամռանը՝ 21:00-ից մինչև 02:00, իսկ ձմռանը՝ 18:00-ից մինչև 01:00: Տոնական օրերին լուսավորություն կապահովվի նաև ամբողջ գիշեր:
Մեկ տարի առաջ, ի թիվս Բաղանիս, Բարեկամավան, Բերդավան, Կոթի, Ոսկեպար, Ոսկեվան, Ջուջևան գյուղերի, Դովեղը ընդգրկվել է Տավուշի մարզի ընդլայնված՝ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի կազմում:
Դովեղում ապրում է 185 ընտանիք։ Բնակիչները հիմնականում զբաղվում են բուսաբուծությամբ, այգեգործությամբ և անասնապահությամբ։
