Սա ընդունեք որպես կանոն։ Բանն այն է, որ լոգանքից անմիջապես հետո մաշկը դեռ գոլորշիացված է ու հարթ, ուստի հենց այդ պահին օծանելիքն օգտագործելիս այն երկար կմնա մարմնին։

Փափկեցրեք մաշկը

Ամենակոպիտ սխալներից է օծանելիքը չոր մաշկին օգտագործելը, որը, արդյունքում չի պահպանվում հոտը։ Իդեալական տարբերակ է օգտագործել օծանելիքի բուրմունքով փափկեցնող լոսյոնը, եթե նման լոսյոն չկա, ապա լավագույն տարբերակը թույլ բույրով քսուկի օգտագործումն է։ Փափուկ մաշկն ավելի հեշտ է ընդունում օծանելիքը եւ այն երկուսից երեք անգամ երկար է մնում։

Օգտագործեք վազելին
Վազելինը հոյակապ կերպով նպաստում է բույրի երկար մնալուն։ Գաղտնիքը յուղոտ հիմքն է, որն էլ պահում է բույրը։ Մի քիչ վազելին քսեք պարանոցի, ձեռքերի ծայրերի հատվածին, որից հետո արդեն ցանեք օծանելիքը։

Մի մաքրեք օծանելիքը
Ամենատարածված սխալներից է օծանելիքը ցանելուց հետո տվյալ հատվածներն իրար շփելը։ Այդ մեթոդով պարզապես նպաստում եք դրա շուտ ցնդելուն։ Ճիշտ տարբերակն է օծանելիքը ցանել մաշկից 25−30 սմ հեռավորության վրա, որից հետո մի քանի հպում  եւ վերջ։

Օծանելիքն ամենալավը մնում է մարմնի այն հատվածներում, որոնց ջերմաստիճանը համեմատաբար բարձր է։ Դրանցից են ականջների հետեւի մասը, կոկորդի շրջանը, կրծքավանդակի մեջտեղի հատվածը։

Մի մոռացեք վարսերի մասին
Տարածված կարծիք կա, որ օծանելիքը չի կարելի ցանել վարսերին, քանի որ այն սպիրտ է պարունակում եւ չորացնում է վարսերը։ Իրականում օծանելիքից վնաս գրեթե չկա եւ վարսերը հոյակապ ձեւով երկար են պահպանում օծանելիքի բույրը։

Ընտրեք ավելի մնայուն բույրեր
Օծանելիքի բույրի կայունությունը կախված է ոչ միայն ճիշտ օգտագործման տարբերակից, այլ նաեւ պարունակությունից։ Ցավոք որոշ բաղկացուցիչ մասեր, անգամ ամենաթանկարժեքները, ունեն շուտ ցնդելու հատկություն։ Դրանք, օրինակ, ծաղկային, ծովային եւ որոշ մրգային գամաներն են։ Իսկ ամենակայուններից են մուսկուսային, փայտյա եւ շիպրային բույրերը։
