Արծվիկ Մինասյան. «Սևանա լճից մեծ ծավալների ջրառ իրականացնելու հիմք ու նպատակ չկա»

Սևանի ջրառը կատարվել է և սեպտեմբերի 15–ին դադարեցվել, այս պահին որևէ ջրառ չի իրականացվում:
Այս մասին ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ընթացքում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
«Սևանի հարցում մտահոգվելու խնդիր միշտ կա։ Սևանը մեզ համար ոչ միայն մեր ազգային հարստությունն է, այլ նաև էկոլոգիական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական մեծ արժեք է ներկայացնում։ Ջրառ իրականացվել է, սակայն սեպտեմբերի 15–ին կառավարությունն այն դադարեցրել է, և այս պահին ջրառ չի իրականացվում: Նախատեսված ցուցանիշը 3 սմ–ով ավելի ցածր է, քան նախորդ տարվանը, և այդ հարցում մեծ դեր ունեն եղանակային պայմանները»,– ընդգծեց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ավելի մեծ ծավալների ջրառ իրականացնելու հիմք, նպատակ, ձգտում, փաստացի իրավիճակ չկա, և իրենք բացառելու են դա:
Մինասյանն ասաց, որ առաջիկայում լայն քննարկումներ կլինեն Սևանի վերաբերյալ` անդրադարձ է կատարվելու ջրաքիմիական, աշխարհագրական, կենսաբազմազանության խնդիրներին:
Արծվիկ Մինասյանի պնդմամբ, 2001–2002 թվականներին ընդունված օրենսդրական դաշտը այսօր էականորեն վերանայման կարիք ունի:
