Երևանի թիվ 157 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենի պաշտոնանկությունը կարծես թե տարբեր քննարկումների տեղիք  է տվել։ Դե ինչպես միշտ պաշտոնից ազատված տնօրենը երևի թե մտածում է որ հալածանքների է ենթարկվում։ Այսպիսի զարգացումները կարծես թե սովորական են մեր առօրյայի համար, տխուր է , բայց ինչ արած։ Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ ուղղակիորեն ասված է, որ տնօրենն ընդունել է իր կատարած սխալները, այսինքն այլ կերպ ասած, խախտումներ եղել են։ Տվյալ դեպքում արդեն, անհասկանալի են դառնում տարատեսակ խոսակցությունները քաղաքապետարանի որոշման շուրջ։

Ի վերջո թերևս պետք է խոստովանենք, որ բոլորիս էլ հայտնի է այն ամենը, ինչ կատարվում է մեր կրթական հաստատություններից շատերում՝ այդ թվում և մանկապարտեզներում, լինում նաև դեպքեր երբ մեղավորները պատժվում են։ Սա թերևս այն կարևոր հիմքն է, որով պետք է օրինականությունը թափանցի մեր առօրյայի բոլոր ոլորտներ։

Բայց չէ, պարզվում է, երբ կարիք կա անօրինականություններ անելու, ապա կարելի է շրջանցել օրենքը, բայց երբ գալիս է փոխհատուցման պահը, ապա հանկարծ օրինախախտները դառնում են զոհ։ Սա հենց այն տհաճ երևւոյթների շրջապտույտի արդյունքն է, ինչին մենք ականատես ենք լինում հաճախ։

Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ այստեղ խնդիրը միայն կոնկրետ մանկապարտեզի կոնկրետ տնօրենը չէ, այլ երևույթի բովանդակությունը, այսօր նման տնօրեններն ու մանր չինովնիկները ընդունել են այնպիսի կեցվածք, որի դեպքում ցանկացած օրինական պատիժ փորձում են ներկայացնել իրենց դեմ կատարված քայլ և ներկայանում են որպես զոհ։ Իսկ ամենավատը որ, որոշակի շրջանակներ և օղակներ պարզապես սկսում են շահարկել ու տարաբնույթ ենթատեքստեր փնտրել այդ ամենում։

Կարճ ասած տհաճ է, մանավանդ այն դեպքում, որ քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է «թեժ գծից» ստացված տեղեկությունը։ Իսկ թե ինչ տեղեկությունը թերևս կարող ենք գուշակել և գգուշակելուց հետոլ էլ հասկանալ, որ քաղաքապետարանը բավական կոոռեկտ է գտնվել և չի հրապարակել տեղեկություն այն  մասին, թե ինչ ով է զբաղված եղել այդ տնօրենը և ինչի դիմաց է ասենք կատարել այդ խախտումները։
