Սյունիքում 3 անձի դանակահարության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Սյունիքում սեպտեմբերի 21-ին տեղի ունեցած 3 անձի դանակահարության համար ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին, NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

2017թ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին՝ ժամը 00:05-ին կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վնասվածքներով բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել 3 տղամարդ՝ երկուսը ծնված 1975թ. և մեկը՝ 1971թ.: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված անձինք ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ։

ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1991թ.:

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, 1991թ. ծնված երիտասարդը իր ավտոմեքենայով Երևանից, որոշակի գումարի դիմաց, քաղաքացիներ է տեղափոխել Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրի համայնք, ինչի շուրջ  տարաձայնություն է առաջացել նշված տղամարդկանց հետ: Տարաձայնությունը հետագայում վերաճել է վիճաբանության, որի ժամանակ էլ երիտասարդը  դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել վերոնշյալ երեք տղամարդկանց՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
