Past.am Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ առևտրի կենտրոններում նոր ստեղծված կարգոն՝ «Նորֆոլկ քոնսալթինգ» ՍՊԸ–ն, թղթեր է բաժանում տնտեսվարողներին:

«Եթե դուք հանդիսանում եք շրջանառության հարկ վճարող և 1.09.2017 թվականի դրությամբ ունեք կարգո ընկերությունների միջոցով նախկինում ներմուծված ապրանքային մնացորդ, ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն առաջարկում է գույքագրել այդ ապրանքային մնացորդը և մինչև 1.10 2017 թվականը գույքագրման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ներկայացնել «Նորֆոլկ քոնսալթինգ» ՍՊԸ: Վերը նշված տեղեկատվությունը անհրաժեշտ է այդ ապրանքների ներմուծմանը վերաբերող մաքսային հայտարարագրերը վերհանելու և դրանց հիման վրա ձեզ համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ տրամադրելու համար: Տրամադրված փաստաթուղթը հիմք կհանդիսանա հաշվարկված շրջանառության հարկից օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և չափով նվազեցում կատարելու համար»,– նշված է փաստաթղթում:
Տնտեսվարողները, սակայն, փաստաթուղթը ծուղակ են համարում: Նրանց կարծիքով՝ այն բացահայտ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ է պարունակում:

ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչների հավաստմամբ՝ սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան այն, որ «մուղամով» փորձում են ապրանքը գույքագրել տալ: Մնացածն, ըստ նրանց՝ «կուտ» տալու համատեքստում է:

Բացի այդ՝ նրանց համոզմամբ՝ կազմակերպությունը փորձում է տնտեսվարողին իրենց հաճախորդը սարքել:

Նշենք, որ առևտրականներին զարմացրել է հատկապես այն հանգամանքը, որ մասնավոր կազմակերպությունը ՊԵԿ–ի անունից հորդոր է փոխանցում:

«Երբ մասնավոր կազմակերպությունը պետականի անվան տակ թուղթ է բաժանում, դա արդեն որոշակի հարցեր է առաջացնում: Ի դեպ՝ այս թղթերը բաժանվում են հարկային ծառայության աշխատակիցների ներգրավմամբ: Սա ապացուցում է այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ ֆիրման հովանավորվում է ՊԵԿ–ի և Կառավարության կողմից»,– ասաց տնտեսվարողներից մեկը:

Նշենք, որ դեռ ամիսներ առաջ ՊԵԿ–ը կարգոներին զրկել էր մաքսազերծման ֆունկցիա իրականացնելու հնարավորությունից՝ թույլ տալով նրանց միայն տեղափոխել տնտեսվարողների բեռները։ Իսկ մաքսազերծման առաքելությունն իր վրա է վերցրել «Նորֆոլկ քոնսալթինգ» ՍՊԸ–ն:

Մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ընկերությունը օֆշորային ծագում ունի և ստեղծվել է օֆշորում գրանցված «Norfolk Projekt LP» անվանումով ընկերության կողմից։
