Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում «Քրիտոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն» կուսակցության հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ նրա իմաստուն կառավարման ներքո Գերմանիայի բարեկամ ժողովուրդը կշարունակի ընթանալ զարգացման ու վերելքի ուղիով, իսկ Գերմանիան ավելի կամրապնդի իր դիրքերը միջազգային ասպարեզում։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Գերմանիայի քաղաքացիների կողմից ՔԴՄ կուսակցությանը վստահված քվեները լավագույնս վկայում են կուսակցության նկատմամբ ունեցած բարձր վստահության և տարիներ շարունակ կուսակցության կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքական, տնտեսական և սոցիալական քաղաքականության արդյունավետության մասին: 

Ձեր կառավարման տարիներին հայ-գերմանական փոխգործակցության օրակարգը դինամիկ զարգացում է ապրել, նոր որակ է ստացել քաղաքական երկխոսությունը, ակտիվացել են բարձրաստիճան փոխայցերը, ընդլայնվել ու խորացել են տնտեսական, հումանիտար, միջխորհրդարանական և ապակենտրոնացված կապերը: 
Մեզ համար կարևորագույն ձեռքբերում է, որ Գերմանիան այսօր Հայաստանի վստահելի ու կայուն գործընկերներից է, մեր երկրում ընթացող ժողովրդավարական գործընթացների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցության խորացման հաստատուն աջակիցը:

Մեծապես կարևորում եմ նաև միջկուսակցական կապերի հետևողական զարգացումը` հատկապես Եվրոպայի ժողովրդական կուսակցության շրջանակներում, որի արժեհամակարգը կիսում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն ու Գերմանիայի «Քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն» կուսակցությունը:

Լիահույս եմ, որ ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի նոր գումարման նստաշրջանում հայ-գերմանական համագործակցությունն ավելի կընդլայնվի ու կհամալրվի նոր փոխշահավետ ծրագրերով` ի նպաստ մեր ժողովուրդների բարօրության:

Ձերդ Գերազանցություն, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ ՔԴՄ կուսակցության հաղթանակի առթիվ` մաղթելով հաջողություններ և նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ Ձեր գործունեության մեջ»,- ասված է ԳԴՀ կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին ուղղված Հանրապետության Նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձում:
