Հայ-ռուսական առողջապահական համաժողովին կքննարկվի դեղորայքի միասնական շուկայի ձևավորման հարցը

Հայ-ռուսական առողջապահական երրորդ համաժողովին կքննարկվեն դեղերի միասնական շուկայի ստեղծման, ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարի մեխանիզմների ձևավորման և այլ կարևոր հարցրեր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ասաց համաժողովի շրջանակում Հայաստան ժամանած Ռուսաստանի առողջապահության նախարար Վերոնիկա Սկվորցովան Պրոֆեսոր Յոլյանի արյունաբանական կենտրոն այցի ընթացքում:
«Մեր ծրագրերը բազմազան են, և մեր համագործակցությունը զարգանում է տարբեր ուղղություններով: Մենք այժմ համախմբում ենք մեր ուժերը, որպեսզի հաղթահարենք այնպիսի վատ սովորություններ, ինչպիսին է ծխելը: Եվ մեր քննարկվելիք հարցերից մեկը կլինի ծխախոտի դեմ պայքարը: Հաջորդ հարցը կվերաբերվի դեղորայքի և բժշկական այլ արտադրանքի միասնական շուկայի ձևավորումը»,-ասաց Վերոնիկա Սկվորցովան:
Նրա խոսքով`Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանն ակտիվորեն համագործակցում ենք նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում: Եվ արդեն աշխատել են 21 նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի ուղղությամբ, որոնք թույլ է տալիս շարժվել միասնական շուկայի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ:
«Մեր քննարկումների մյուս թեմաները կվերաբերվեն արտակարգ դեպքերին` բնածին կամ տեխնիկական: Մեր գործողությունների համապատասխանեցումը սկսվում է տեղեկատվության երկկողմ փոխանցմամբ, վերջանում թիմային նպատակաուղղված գործողություններով` նվազագույնի հասցնելու կորուստները ցանկացած իրավիճակում»,-ասաց ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարն ու հավելեց` նորարական ծրագրերի, նոր դեղերի վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ ևս կլինեն:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի խոսքով` հայ-ռուսական համագործակցությունը արյունաբանության ոլորտում սկսվել է Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի ստեղծման օրվանից` 1933 թվականից: Այսօր կենտրոնն արդեն համագործակցում է մոտ 8 ռուսական կենտրոնների հետ: «Համագործակցությունն իրականացվում է գիտական և կլինիկական ոլորտներում: Դրանից բացի, մենք պայմանավորվեցինք կատարել որոշ կոնսուլտացիաներ, որպեսզի կենտրոնը դառնա հենակետային նաև ռուս երեխաների բուժման հարցում»,-ասաց նախարարը:
