ՀՀ Նախագահը ներկա է գտնվել մանկական վերականգնողական կենտրոնի բացմանը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 24-ին ներկա է գտնվել մայրաքաղաքում՝ Սուրբ Սարգիս եկեղեցու հարակից տարածքում կառուցված անապահով և հաշմանդամ երեխաների ուսումնական և վերականգնողական ժամանակակից կենտրոնի բացման արարողությանը:
«Հայկ և Էլզա Տիտիզեան մանկական վերականգնողական կենտրոն»-ի նախագծման և կառուցման աշխատանքներն իրականացրել է «Երևան, իմ սեր» հիմնադրամը: Մանկական կենտրոնը կառուցվել է Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական եկեղեցուն (ՀԱԵ) պատկանող մոտ 800քմ հողատարածքի վրա: Հիմնադրամի և ՀԱԵ-ի միջև կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ կառուցվելուց հետո շենքը պատկանելու է ՀԱԵ-ին և օգտագործվելու է բացառապես «Երևան, իմ սեր» հիմնադրամի նախագծերի համար: Նորաստեղծ կենտրոնը լինելու է Մայր Աթոռ Սբ Էջմիածնի «Հայորդաց տուն» համակարգի մաս:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը շրջայց է կատարել նորաբաց կենտրոնում, ծանոթացել իրականացված աշխատանքներին և կենտրոնի առաքելության իրականացման նպատակով նախատեսվող ծրագրերին: Նորաստեղծ կենտրոնի հիմնական առաքելությունն է՝ աջակցել սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներին: Այստեղ կգործի նաև Ընտանեկան աջակցության կենտրոնը: Պատասխանատուների հավաստմամբ, ընդարձակ և միջազգային չափանիշերին համապատասխանող մանկական կենտրոնում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների համար կիրականացվեն մի շարք վերականգնողական և կրթական ծրագրեր:
Ընտանեկան աջակցության կենտրոնի ծառայություններն առաջին հերթին նախատեսված են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների համար, սակայն չեն սահմանափակվում նրանցով. կենտրոնի դռները բաց կլինեն նաև փախստական ու տեղահանված երեխաների, պատշաճ խնամքից զուրկ և այլ՝ սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի մանուկների համար: Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում շուրջ 150 ծնող կմասնակցի հատուկ դասընթացների, որտեղ նրանք ձեռք կբերեն հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներին առավել լավ խնամք տրամադրելու հմտություններ: Կենտրոնը նախատեսված է տարեկան թվով մոտ 1000 երեխայի սպասարկման համար: «Երևան, իմ սեր» հիմնադրամի այս նախագծի խոշորագույն նվիրատուներն են Հայկ և Էլզա Դիդիզյանները:
Կենտրոնի բացման ժամանակ «Երևան, իմ սեր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց շնորհակալությունն են հայտնել Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին և Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ․ Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին՝ նախագծի իրականացման ողջ ընթացքում նրանց կողմից ցուցաբերված աջակցության համար:
