Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ ԷդուարդՇարմազանովը մեկնաբանել է ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի միջազգային հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Կոսաչևի հայտարարությունը, թե Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը մոտ են արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանը: «Եթե Ադրբեջանը համաձայնել է ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը և այդ մասին հայտնել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին, ապա, այո, կողմերը մոտ են կարգավորմանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում շեշտեց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այլ պարագայում չի կարելի խոսել հակամարտության կարգավորման մասին, քանի որ հայկական կողմը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ առանց Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման և այդ իրավունքի ամբողջական ճանաչման որևէ կարգավորում չի կարող լինել:

«Եթե պարոն Կոսաչևը նման հայտարարություն է արել, ուրեմն տեղեկատվություն ունի, որ Ադրբեջանը հայտնել է Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչելու ցանկության մասին, որովհետև այլ պարագայում կողմերը չեն կարող մոտ լինել կարգավորմանը»,- եզրափակեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի միջազգային հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Կոսաչևը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը մոտ են արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը: «Ռուսաստանն այդ հարցում չեզոք դիրք է որդեգրել: Մենք ընկերական հարաբերություններ ունենք և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ: Ինձ մոտ եղած տեղեկությամբ՝ արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը բավական մոտ է կարգավորմանը»,- ասել է Կոսաչևը:
