ՀՀ քաղաքացին «Սադախլո» անցակետով փորձել է Վրաստան տանել 771 գրամ ոսկի

Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության քննչական ծառայության և մաքսային վարչության աշխատակիցներն իրականացրած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունքում մաքսանենգության երկու փաստ է հայտնաբերվել:
Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության քննչական ծառայության և մաքսային վարչությունից Tert.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ մաքսային սահմանում ապրանքների տեղափոխման կանոնների խախտման մեջ մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քաղաքացի:
«Սադախլո»-ի մաքսակետում Հայաստանի հանրապետության քաղաքացին մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելով թույլատրելի՝ 52 լարիից(10 հզր դրամ) ավել արժողությամբ ոսկերչական իրեր է տարել:
Հետաքննության գործողությունների արդյունքում ՀՀ քաղաքացուց առգրավվել է 771 գրամ ոսկի:
Փաստերի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածով: Քննությունը շարունակվում է:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում հետաքննության համաձայն՝«Կազբեկի» մաքսակետում մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքուն Ռուսաստանի դաշնության քաղաքացին Վրաստանը ներմուծել է ոսկու մեծ քանակություն, որոնց մաքսային արժեքը կազմում է 30 000 լարի (մոտ 6 մլն ՀՀ դրամ):
