ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Էջմիածնում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ. հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, Էջմիածում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ դանակահարվել են Համբարձումյան եղբայրները։ Եղբայրներից մեկի առողջությանը պատճառվել է ծանր վնաս, իսկ մյուսի առողջությանը՝ թեթև:

Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդված 1-ին մասի և 117-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, որն ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում։ Եղբայրները ճանաչվել են տուժող, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1999 թվականին, լուսանկարով կատարվել է ճանաչում:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ որոշում է կայացվել՝ 18-ամյա երիտասարդին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի   112-րդ հոդված 1-ին մասի և 117-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և վերջինիս նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
