Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների ակտիվացումը այս պահին միակ հաղթաթուղթն է, որ կարող է կիրառել Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՝ ռուսական կողմի վերջնական համաձայնությունը իր վարչապետության համար կորզելու նպատակով: Իսկ հակառուսականութան ակտիվացման համար պետք է երկու հանգամանք. սկսել ԵԱՏՄ-ի, Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու շուրջ ներքին հասարակական-քաղաքական քննադատություն կամ գոնե ապահովել այդ քննադատությունը քարոզչական գործիքակազմով: Երկրորդ ՝ ռուսներին ներկայացնել վարչապետ Կարապետյանի տնտեսական ցուցանիշներն ու համոզել, որ Կարապետյանին ընկալելով որպես ռուսական ազդեցության սուբյեկտ, կառավարության անարդյունավետ աշխատանքի հանդեպ հանրային արձագանքը կարող է դառնալ հակառուսական դրսևորման առիթ:

Սարգսյանը լավ հասկացել է ռուսների թույլ տեղը, որ ակտիվ դրսևորվում է վերջին տարիներին ՝ վախը մայդանից: Այդ վախը արդյունավետ կիրառվեց նաև ԷլեկտրիկԵրևանի ընթացքում, երբ հայկական կողմը ինքը հրապարակ բերեց մայդանի վտանգը և ինքն էլ հերքեց դա ՝ ռուսական կողմին ցույց տալով, որ մայդան չկա, եթե լինի առաջին վտանգ չեզոքացնողը հայկական կողմն է լինելու: 

Այս իմաստով ԵԼՔ-ի նախաձեռնությունը ՝ դադարեցնել ԵՏՄ-ի անդամակցության Հայաստանի պայմանագիրն ու հարցը մտցնել ԱԺ, եթե ոչ ուղղորդված, ապա առնվազն ողջունված է Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից: Նա պիտի ամեն գնով ցույց տա, որ երկրում կան հակառուսական լուրջ տրամադրություններ: Այս հարցում Սարգսյանին օգնելու են գալիս հենց ռուսները ՝ Հայաստանի հանդեպ վարած իրենց անհավասարակշիռ և թերի քաղաքականության դրսևորումներով: Օգնում է նաև Կարապետյանի խոստացած տնտեսական բումի անիրականանալի հեռանկարը: 

Առաջիկայում սպասվող ներքաղաքական պայքարն, այս իմաստով, ներառում է նաև ռուսական կողմի հետ Հայաստանի բլեֆ-ֆարսը: Անուղղակիորեն նաև Ռուսաստանի վերաբերմունքից է կախված Հայաստանում իշխանության վերարտադրության հետագա սցենարը:
